 CONSIDERED MECHANICAL/PARKING. IT SEEMS THERE IS A
 DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE AREAS INDICATED IN THE 1ST
 FLOOR PLAN AND THE ONES SHOW IN THE AREA TABLE ON SHEET
 A001. USE THE GROSS BUILDING AREA DEFINITION IN SECTION
 94-109 (ELEVATOR SHAFT AND STAIRS COUNT AS PART OF THE
 FAR).
 6. ADDITIONAL DESIGN IS NECESSARY ON THE BUILDING BASE
 TO PROVIDE A MORE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT THE STREET
 LEVEL, AND INTEGRATE THE TOWER WITH THE BASE.
 7. SOME OF THE RETAIL DOORS ARE SWINGING INTO THE
 REQUIRED SIDEWALK ALONG DATURA STREET AND OLIVE AVENUE.
