 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY MAY 25, 2014), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($300).
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: STAFF DISCUSSED THE CONNECTION OF
 THE COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL CONNECTOR PATH WITH MIKE
 SMOLAK WITH THE OAKTON PRESERVE DEVELOPER AND GREG
 FAGAN. THEY INDICATED THAT THE PATH WOULD BE RELOCATED
 THROUGH THE PRESERVE AREA AT AN EXISTING HIGH POINT AND
 THEN RUN ALONG THE SOUTH END OF THE PRESERVE AREA
 (ADJACENT TO THE PARKING) AND NOT THE PATH ALONG OAKTON
 PRESERVE AS SHOWN ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS. WHICH
 PATHWAY CONNECTION IS GOING TO BE UTILIZED? IF THE
 "THROUGH THE PRESERVE" OPTION IS THE FINAL PLAN, THEN
 THE SITE, LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING PLANS SHALL BE REVISED
 TO REFLECT THE NEW ROUTE.
  
 2) NEW COMMENT: THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE
 REVISED 36 FOOT WIDTH AT THE NORTH OF TRACT A. THERE IS
 AN OAK TREE AND A DAHOON HOLLY WHICH APPEAR THAT THEY
 WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED TO THE EAST TO ACCOMMODATE
 THE ADJUSTED CURB LINE.
  
 3) NEW COMMENT: THE PHASE II EXPANSION TO THREE EXIT
 LANES AT BENOIST FARMS ROAD AND OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 REQUIRES THE THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF
 TRACT A BE REMOVED. THE ENTRY LANDSCAPE IN THIS AREA
 SHALL BE RELOCATED ONTO TRACT B AND THE SAME MATERIAL
 SHALL BE MAINTAINED (CURRENTLY THE LANDSCAPE STRADDLES
 THE LINE BETWEEN TRACTS A AND B). THIS SHALL BE STATED
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) NEW COMMENT: THE PRESERVE GUARD RAIL SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED SIMILAR TO THE GUARD RAIL USED AT THE
 CITY?S WATER TREATMENT PLANT (NOT DOT CORRUGATED
 METAL).
  
 5) NEW COMMENT: THE PRESERVE FENCE SHALL BE VINYL
 COATED.
  
 6) NEW COMMENT: PLEASE NOTE: THE ULTIMATE APPROVAL
 LETTER FOR THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE TRAFFIC CONDITIONS
 FROM THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE PALM
 BEACH TRAFFIC DIVISION AND THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH.
