 1. CORRECT PARKING SPACE STRIPING DETAIL TO SHOW ALL
 LINES DOUBLE STRIPED AND CONNECTED ON THE BOTTOM PER
 ZLDR SECTION 94-485.
  
 2. WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR NEW HANDICAP
 PARKING SPACES CONSISTENT WITH THE REST OF THE PARKING
 LOT.
  
 3. PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 APPLICATION FOR THE TREES REQUESTED TO BE REMOVED AND
 RELOCATED.
  
 4. VERIFY AMOUNT OF NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE BEING ADDED TO
 THE PROJECT. THE MAJOR PD AMENDMENT CURRENTLY PENDING
 PUBLIC HEARING APPROVAL ONLY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF
 400 NEW SQUARE FEET FOR THE PROJECT.
  
 5. TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER IS REQUIRED FROM PALM
 BEACH COUNTY.
  
 6. ON PAGE C-02 UNDER GENERAL NOTES #30, THERE IS A
 REFERENCE TO DADE COUNTY, THE SUBJECT PROJECT IS IN
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. PLEASE CORRECT OR CLARIFY.
  
 7. THE PLANS SHOW THAT PART OF THE WALK-IN
 COOLER/FREEZER WILL BE VISIBLE. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT THE
 EXTERIOR MATERIAL OF THE WALK-IN COOLER/FREEZER WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTED OF.
  
 8.ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING IS RECOMMENDED FOR THE CENTRAL
 DRIVE-THRU ISLAND.
  
 9. DESIGN OF WESTWARD CROSSWALK FROM HANDICAP PARKING
 SPACES TO BUILDING IS NOT IDEAL. CROSSWALK SHOULD BE
 MOVED SLIGHTLY FURTHER WESTWARD TO MAINTAIN THE END OF
 THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 10. THE PLANS DEPICT THAT THE LENGTH OF AN EXISTING
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND WILL BE REDUCED FOR THE PROPOSED
 ENTRANCE TO THE DRIVE-THRU. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT BY
 REDUCING THE LENGTH OF THIS LANDSCAPE ISLAND THERE WILL
 NOT BE A CONFLICT BETWEEN VEHICLES ENTERING THE
 DRIVE-THRU AND A VEHICLE PARKED IN THE SPACE DIRECTLY
 TO THE SOUTH OF THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 11. BICYCLE PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED (MINIMUM ONE
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACE OR DEMONSTRATE AMPLE BICYCLE
 PARKING IS ALREADY PROVIDED FOR THE ENTIRE SHOPPING
 CENTER). INCLUDE BICYCLE PARKING DETAIL ON THE PLAN.
  
 12. PLAN ELIMINATES THE SIDEWALK CONNECTION FROM ALONG
 THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE PROVIDE AN
 ALTERNATIVE CONNECTION GIVING PEDESTRIAN ACCESS BETWEEN
 THE AREA SOUTH OF THE DRIVE-THRU TO THE AREA NORTH OF
 THE DRIVE-THRU.
