 1. CALCULATIONS FOR BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE DO NOT ADD
 UP. PLEASE PROVIDE CLARIFICATION ON WHAT IS BEING
 INCLUDED IN THE CALCULATIONS.
  
 2. PLAN INCLUDES ANGLED PARKING FOR SELF-SERVE VACUUM
 STALLS. THE CITY DOES NOT PERMIT FOR ANY SINGLE STRIPED
 PARKING SPACES, AS A RESULT, A PARKING DETAILED FOR
 DOUBLE STRIPING THE ANGLED PARKING WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 3. LIGHTING PLAN NEEDS TO DEMONSTRATE THAT ILLUMINATION
 FROM THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WILL NOT BE IN EXCESS OF 0.5
 FOOT CANDLES WHEN MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER
 FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 ITEMS CHANGED ON THE PLANS:
  
 5. THE LANDSCAPING PLAN SHOWS SHRUBS ON THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE VENDING BUILDING. BASED THE LAYOUT SHOWN ON THE
 OTHER SHEETS, THE PLANS HAVE BEEN REDLINED TO SHOW THE
 SHRUBS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE VENDING BUILDING AND
 SHOULD BE CORRECTED WHEN SUBMITTING FOR A LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT.
  
 6. THE COMMENT REGARDING THE EXISTING MONUMENT SIGN WAS
 NOT CORRECTED. PLAN HAS BEEN REDLINED TO INCLUDE THIS
 CHANGE ON SHEET SP-1.
  
 7. FOR CONSISTENCY, SHEET SP-1 HAS BEEN REDLINED TO
 SHOW STOP SIGNS ON THE BACK OF THE DO NOT ENTER SIGNS
 CONSISTENT WITH THE CONCEPTUAL DRAINAGE, PAVING, WATER,
 AND WASTEWATER PLAN.
