 1. PLANS INDICATE THE DEVELOPMENT IS A SINGLE STORY
 STRUCTURE. IT APPEARS THERE COULD BE A SECOND STORY
 ABOVE THE OFFICE AND WAITING ROOM AREA. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2. THE PLANS SHOW ANGLED PARKING TO THE SOUTH OF THE
 VENDING AREA. BASED ON THE PROPOSED SITE CIRCULATION IT
 IS UNCLEAR HOW CARS IN THESE SPACES WILL EXIT THE SITE.
 SIMILARLY, IT IS UNCLEAR THE PATH A VEHICLE PARKED IN
 THE LOADING ZONE WOULD TAKE TO EXIT THE SITE. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 3. PLEASE CORRECT THE TABLE OF DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 TO SHOW THE MAXIMUM FAR AS 0.75 RATHER THAN 0.85 FOR
 THE SITE.
  
 4. PLAN INDICATES 'EXISTING MONUMENT SIGN' IN THE GRASS
 MEDIAN OF GOLDEN LAKES BLVD. PLEASE CLARIFY ON THE
 PLANS THIS IS THE EXISTING SUBDIVISION SIGN FOR THE
 GOLDEN LAKES VILLAGE.
  
 5. PROVIDE DUMPSTER DETAIL ON THE PLANS.
  
 6. CORRECT STRIPING DETAIL TO SHOW DOUBLE STRIP
 CONNECTED AT THE BOTTOM FOR ALL PARKING SPACES
 INCLUDING THE HANDICAP SPACES. STRIPING DETAIL SHALL
 ALSO BE PROVIDED FOR ANGLED PARKING SPACES PROPOSED ON
 THE PLAN. (SECTION 94-485)
  
 7. SOME OF THE ANGLED PARKING SPACES UTILIZE SOME OF
 THE SMALL CAR SPACE DIMENSIONS (SECTION 94-485, FIGURE
 XV-2). NO SMALL SPACE CAR SPACES ARE PERMITTED WHEN
 PARKING REQUIREMENT IS LESS THAN 20 SPACES. IF TOTAL
 PARKING REQUIREMENT IS 20 TO 100, THEN 25 PERCENT OF
 THE SPACES MAY BE DESIGNATED FOR SMALL CAR USE. PLEASE
 REFER TO ZLDR SECTION 94-485(N) AND CORRECT PLAN.
  
 8. SITE PLAN SHOWS ALL PARKING SPACES WITH WHEEL STOPS,
 HOWEVER, ON THE CONCEPTUAL PAVING, DRAINAGE, WATER, AND
 WASTEWATER PLAN WHEEL STOPS HAVE BEEN OMITTED FROM THE
 ROW OF EASTERN PARKING SPACES. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 9. PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE PROPOSED LOCATION, HEIGHT,
 AND INTENSITY (LIGHT SPILLAGE) OF ALL OUTDOOR
 ILLUMINATION. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 10. FIVE FOOT SIDEWALK SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE
 WESTERN SIDE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
  
 11. PLEASE VERIFY CONSISTENCY OF TRAFFIC CONTROL
 SIGNAGE AND MARKINGS BETWEEN THE SITE PLAN AND
 CONCEPTUAL PAVING, DRAINAGE, WATER AND WASTEWATER PLAN.
 FOR EXAMPLE, THE EXIT TO THE SELF-SERVE VACUUM AREA HAS
 DO NOT ENTER SIGNS ON THE SITE PLAN, BUT THEY ARE
 OMITTED FROM THE CONCEPTUAL PAVING, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
 WASTEWATER PLAN.
  
 12. IN REVIEW OF THE ADDITIONAL STANDARDS FOR MOTOR
 VEHICLE FUEL SALES AND SERVICE THE REQUEST DOES NOT
 MEET THE FOLLOWING AND THE PLANS WILL NEED TO BE
 ADJUSTED OR WAIVER REQUESTED:
 - ZLDR SECTION 94-273(46)B.3.IV - THE SIGN DOES NOT
 MEET THE MINIMUM 25 FOOT SETBACK FROM THE PUBLIC
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 - ZLDR SECTION 94-273(46)B.7. - ALL SERVICE SHALL OCCUR
 WITHIN BUILDINGS. THE SELF-SERVE VACUUM STATIONS ARE
 NOT WITHIN A BUILDING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO ALL ADDITIONAL STANDARDS
 TO VERIFY THE REQUEST IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 LANDSCAPING:
 13. WITHIN THE XERISCAPE CALCULATIONS IT IS SHOWN 10
 POINTS FOR THE 'UTILIZATION OF COMPACTED MULCHED
 PLANTING BEDS AT LEAST THREE INCHES IN DEPTH IN ALL
 PLANTED AREAS EXCEPT GROUND COVER.' PLEASE INDICATE ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WHAT AREAS ARE TO BE MULCHED OR HOW
 THIS ITEM IS BEING ACHIEVED.
  
 14. PROVIDE A CALCULATION FOR THE REQUIREMENT OF
 SECTION 94-443(C)(4) - 'FOR PAVED AREAS UTILIZED BY
 MOTOR VEHICLES, INCLUDING AISLES, LOADING AREAS,
 CIRCULATION AREAS AND DRIVE-IN SERVICE AREAS,
 ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS:
 FOUR SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPE AREA SHALL BE REQUIRED
 FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET, OR FRACTION THEREOF.'
  
 15. PROVIDE A CALCULATION FOR THE REQUIREMENT OF
 SECTION 94-443(E)(1) - 'AT LEAST 30 PERCENT OF THE
 LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL COMMERCIAL
 STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES, SHRUBS, OR
 HEDGES.'
  
 16. INCLUDE NOTATION ON PLAN THAT PROPERTY OWNER SHALL
 BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE LANDSCAPING IN THE
 SWALE AREA ABUTTING THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAYS.
  
 17. GRASS MEDIAN ALONG THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE
 PROPERTY SHALL BE LANDSCAPED, IF FEASIBLE.
  
 18. LANDSCAPING IN THE OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD MEDIAN MAY
 BE REQUIRED AND IS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW.
  
 19. LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AROUND UTILITIY BOXES
 ON THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE SITE FULLY SCREENING
 THEM FROM VIEW.
  
 20. THERE ARE NO ELEVATIONS FOR THE VENDING AREA. WILL
 THIS BE AN ENCLOSED OR OPEN AIR STRUCTURE? PLEASE
 EXPLAIN.
