 1. INSTALLATION OF THE DINNING DECK IS NEW SQUARE
 FOOTAGE THAT MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PARKING
 CALCULATIONS. PLEASE REVISE PARKING CALCULATION.
  
 2. HOW DO CUSTOMERS WALK FROM THE CUSTOMER PARKING TO
 THE BUILDING? THERE APPEARS TO BE NO CONNECTION. ALSO,
 WHAT PATHWAY WILL BE UTILIZED FOR CUSTOMERS GOING FROM
 THE BUILDING TO THE VEHICLE DISPLAY AREA? WILL THE
 PATHWAY MEET ADA STANDARDS?
  
 3. STANDARD STRIPING DETAIL FOR THE CITY WILL BE
 EMAILED SEPARATELY. IT IS RECOMMENDED THIS DETAIL IS
 USED TO REPLACE THE DETAIL ON THE PLANS BECAUSE IT IS
 MORE ACCURATE.
  
 4. THE DISPLAY AREA WEST OF THE CUSTOMER PARKING HAS NO
 BACK-UP SPACE ON THE NORTHERN SIDE. STAFF IS
 RECOMMENDING REMOVAL OF THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE BARRIER
 IN THE DRIVE AISLE TO ALLOW FOR ADEQUATE BACK-UP SPACE.
 IF THE LANDSCAPE BARRIER IS TO REMAIN THEN ADEQUATE
 BACK UP SPACE WILL BE REQUIRED. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS
 A DRAINAGE INLET ADJACENT TO THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE
 BARRIER AND OBSTRUCING THE FLOW TO THE INLET FROM THE
 NORTH WILL NEED TO BE EVALUATED.
  
 5. THERE IS A HATCHED AREA SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN WHICH
 IS LOCATED ON THE NORTHSIDE OF THE EASTERN DISPLAY
 AREA. WHAT IS THIS SPACE BEING USED FOR? ADDITIONALLY,
 LANDSCAPING SHOULD ALSO BE PROPOSED WITHIN THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND IN THAT AREA.
  
 6. THE RECONFIGURED 22? WIDE ACCESS POINTS TO PARKING
 AREAS SHALL BE 24? REQUIRED FOR TWO-WAY TRAVEL. PROPER
 TRAFFIC CONTROL (STOP SIGN, STOP BAR) SHALL ALSO BE
 SHOWN FOR THESE LOCATIONS AS WELL AS ANY OTHER OTHER
 TRAFFIC CONFLICT POINTS.
  
 7. NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE DISPLAY PARKING SHOWS
 TWO-WAY DIRECTIONAL ARROWS, HOWEVER, DRIVE AISLES ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM OF 24' FOR TWO-WAY TRAFFIC.
 PLEASE REVISE OR EXPLAIN.
  
 8. PLAN INDICATES INSTALLATION OF A NEW FREE STANDING
 SIGN. EITHER INCLUDE PLANS WITH COPY AREA CALCULATIONS
 TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE SIGN REGULATIONS OR A
 SEPARATE MINOR PD AMENDMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE
 FUTURE AT THE TIME THE NEW SIGNAGE IS PROPOSED TO BE
 INSTALLED.
  
 LANDSCAPING:
  
 9. THERE ARE SEVERAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS IN THE AFFECTED
 AREA OF WORK WHERE NO TREES ARE PROPOSED. PLEASE REVIEW
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AND PROPOSE ADDITIONAL TREES.
  
 10. ON THE LANDSCAPING PLAN, THE DISPLAY PARKING
 ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING HAS BEEN LABELED WITH 'LAWN'.
 IS THIS CORRECT?
  
 11. LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED AROUND THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE PER ZLDR SEC. 94-444(B) WHICH REQUIRES A
 SHRUB OR HEDGE INSTALLED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS.
  
 12. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED
 REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF TREES.
