 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AND CONSIDERATIONS BASED ON VERBAL
 AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE AFTER 2/10/2014 COMMENTS.
  
 1. VERIFY WIDTH OF LANDSCAPE ISLANDS WHICH SHOULD BE A
 MINIMUM OF 5' EXCLUDING THE CURBS.LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AND
 DIVIDER MEDIANS SHALL COMPLY WITH ZLDR SEC.
 94-443(C)(3)(INCLUSIVE OF SUBSECTIONS A, B, C) AND (5).
  
 2. AN EXISTING LANDSCAPE ISLAND ALONG OKEECHOBEE BLVD.
 IS NOT INCLUDED ON THE PLAN. DUE TO THE NUMBER OF
 PARKING SPACES, THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND IS REQUIRED AND
 EITHER NEEDS TO REMAIN AS IS OR CAN BE RECONSTRUCTED
 WITHIN THE PARKING ROW IF THERE IS A CONFLICT WITH THE
 EXISTING LOCATION.
  
 3. PLAN NEEDS TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN WHAT IS EXISTING,
 WHAT IS BEING REMOVED, AND WHAT IS NEW.
  
 4. CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO PEDESTRIAN
 CIRCULATION AND ON-SITE TRAFFIC FLOW AND CIRCULATION.
 (THIS HAS ONLY BEEN MADE AS A GENERAL COMMENT SINCE
 SPECIFICS DIFFER BETWEEN THE THE DIFFERENT PLAN
 RENDITIONS.)
  
 5. CHART OF CALCULATIONS SHOULD BE INCLUDED ON THE PLAN
 AND UPDATED WITH ANY CHANGES.
  
 6. PARKING STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE INCLUDED AND BE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH STANDARDS.
  
 7. RECONFIGURED 22' ACCESS POINT TO PARKING AREA SHALL
 BE 24' REQUIRED FOR TWO-WAY TRAVEL.
  
 8. SITE LANDSCAPING SHALL COMPLY WITH WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF ZLDR ARTICLE XIV.
  
 9. IF ANY TREES WILL BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT THROUGH THE PLANNING DIVISION WILL BE
