 THE REQUIREMENTS OF ZLDR ARTICLE XIV. WILL NEW
 LANDSCAPE AREAS BE SODDED? WHAT TYPE OF PLANT MATERIAL
 IS PROPOSED IN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER AROUND THE
 BUILDING? A TREE WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE EXISTING
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE PROPERTY.
 PLEASE REFER TO THE LANDSCAPE CHECKLIST IN THE
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 2. IS CURBING PROPOSED AROUND NEW LANDSCAPE AREAS TO
 PROTECT FROM VEHICLES?
  
 3. DUMPSTER DETAIL DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM SIZE STANDARDS
 (ZLDR SEC. 94-444, FIGURE XIV-3). PLEASE SPEAK WITH
 MANNY GONZALEZ (561-494-1085) IN THE ENGINEERING DEPT.
 TO DISCUSS WHETHER A REDUCED SIZE WOULD BE PERMITTED IF
 YOU ARE NOT PROPOSING A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE MEETING
 MINIMUM STANDARDS.
  
 4. PLEASE NOTE THAT 12 INCHES IS REQUIRED BETWEEN THE 4
 INCH WHITE LINES OF THE PARKING LOT STRIPING DETAIL.
