 1. PLEASE CLARIFY ON THE PLAN WHAT IS NEW, EXISTING, OR
 BEING REMOVED.
  
 2. DIMENSION PARKING SPACES AND DRIVE AISLES ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 3. PROVIDE PARKING STRIPING DETAIL AND DUMPSTER DETAIL.
  
 4. IN CLOSING OFF THE ACCESS POINT TO THE NORTH FOR
 DISPLAY AREA, A PAVED STUBBED OUT OF THE DRIVE AISLE IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE CARS BACKING OUT OF THE LAST SPACES IN
 THE PARKING LOT TO THE NORTH. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE HOW
 THIS PARKING AREA WILL WORK ONCE THE DRIVE AISLE IS
 CLOSED OFF.
  
 5. IT APPEARS THAT LANDSCAPING MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED
 FOR THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT IS
 BEING REMOVED AND WHERE NEW LANDSCAPING IS PROPOSED. IF
 TREES ARE BEING REMOVED, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 6. IT APPEARS THAT ALL EXISTING LANDSCAPING AROUND THE
 BASE OF THE BUILDING WILL BE REMOVED. THE CODE REQUIRES
 AT LEAST 30 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE
 EXTERIOR OF ALL COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED
 WITH TREES, SHRUBS, OR HEDGES. IF THE SITE EXCEEDS THIS
 REQUIREMENT THEN THE LANDSCAPING MAY BE REDUCED. IF THE
 SITE DOES NOT COMPLY, THEN THE NON-CONFORMING SITUATION
 CAN NOT BE INCREASED BY REMOVING THE LANDSCAPING.

 UNITY OF TITLE (FOR THE WHOLE HABITAT SITE) WOULD BE
 BENEFICIAL SINCE THIS PROPERTY'S UTILITY, IN SPECIFIC
 THE SEWER SERVICE, RUNS THRU A SEPARATE PARCEL OF THE
 HABITAT SITE TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE BUILDING UNDER
 CONSIDERATION, WHICH IS IN A SEPARATE PARCEL OF THE
