 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY NOVEMBER 5, 2014), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE ADDITIONAL
 (1) RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL

 ELEVATION SUBMITTALS AND THE LATEST BUILDING PERMIT
 SUBMITTALS FOR THE LISTED BUILDINGS.
  
 A. BUILDING A:
  
 1. THE REAR ELEVATIONS SUBMITTED WITH THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT DO NOT MATCH THE LATEST SHELL PERMIT
 ELEVATION (AWNINGS HAVE BEEN CHANGED). PLEASE SUBMIT
 THE LATEST VERSION OF THE ELEVATIONS.
  
 B. BUILDING B1:
  
 1. THE SIDEWALK BEHIND TENANT B14 DOES NOT LINE UP WITH
 THE DOOR ON THE UDKS SITE PLAN.
  
 2. THE LATEST BUILDING REVISION LISTS TENANT B13 WITH
 AN ADDITIONAL ONE (1) SQ. FT. TO ITS BUILDING SIZE.
 SUBMIT CORRECTED ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLANS. THE UDKS
 SITE PLAN AND DATE TABLES MATCH THE CORRECT BUILDING
 PERMIT SQUARE FOOTAGE OF 87,837 SQ. FT.
  
 C. BUILDING B2:
  
 1. THE LATEST BUILDING PERMIT REVISION FOR BUILDING B2
 SHOWS THE BUILDING HAVING 59,727 SQ. FT. INSTEAD OF THE
 59,738 SQ. FT. LISTED ON THE UDKS SITE PLAN AND DATA
 TABLE. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE NUMBERS ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLAN SEEM TO MATCH THE BUILDING PERMIT SQUARE
 FOOTAGE.
  
 2. PLEASE VERIFY THE REAR LAYOUT OF BUILDING B2. THE
 BUILDING PERMIT REVISION SEEMS TO SOME CHANGES AROUND
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES WHEN COMPARED TO THE UDKS SITE
 PLAN.
  
 D. BUILDING E:
  
 1. WHY IS THE STARBUCKS DRIVE THRU CURVE EXPANDED TO 20
 FEET FROM THE CURRENT APPROVED 15 FOOT WIDTH?
  
 2. THE DRIVE THRU DETAIL SHOWS THE ENTRY PORTION OF THE
 DRIVEWAY WITH AN 11 FOOT DIMENSION LINE. THIS LINE DOES
 NOT EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE LANE. PLEASE SHOW THE
 TAG FOR THE FULL WIDTH AT 12 FEET. IT APPEARS THAT THE
 DRIVE THRU LANE WAS WIDENED AT THIS POINT SINCE THE
 PREVIOUS APPROVED VERSION AND THE TAG WAS NOT UPDATED.
  
 3. THE ELEVATIONS SUBMITTED WITH THE MINOR AMENDMENT DO
 NOT MATCH THE LATEST SHELL PERMIT ELEVATION. PLEASE
 SUBMIT THE LATEST VERSION OF THE ELEVATIONS.
  
 E. BUILDING F:
  
 1. THE SIGN POSTS FOR THE ADA AND PICK UP PARKING
 SPACES HAVE BEEN MOVED OUT OF THE PARKING SPACES AND
 BEHIND THE SIDEWALK. PLEASE CORRECT ON THE SITE AND
 PROVIDE THE LATEST LANDSCAPE PLAN WHICH SHOWS THIS
 CHANGE.
  
 F. BUILDING H:
  
 1. THE ELEVATIONS SUBMITTED WITH THE MINOR AMENDMENT DO
 NOT MATCH THE LATEST SHELL PERMIT ELEVATION
 (MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES TO INCLUDE FUTURE DOOR FRAMING).
 PLEASE SUBMIT THE LATEST VERSION OF THE ELEVATIONS.
  
 2. THE UPDATED FLOOR PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
  
 3. THE NEW GROUND MOUNTED AC UNIT SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 SITE PLAN AND PROPERLY SCREENED WITH LANDSCAPE ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: THE UDKS SITE PLAN SHOWS DIFFERENT
 SQUARE FOOTAGE THAN THE ARCHITECTURAL PLAN/BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR BUILDING H. THE BUILDING PERMIT STATES THE
 BUILDING SIZE OF 7,700 SQ. FT. THIS SHALL BE REFLECTED
 ON THE UDKS SITE PLAN AND SITE PLAN DATA TABLES FOR
 THIS BUILDING.
  
 3) PLEASE SUBMIT PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND LINE-OF-SITE
 DRAWING FOR ANY BUILDINGS WHICH HAVE BEEN REVISED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAST SUBMITTAL DOES NOT SEEM TO
 HAVE INCLUDED THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS FOR BUILDINGS
 A, B1, B2, C, E, G AND H. PLEASE INCLUDE THESE WITH THE
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 4) ADD NEW FENCES AROUND THE CANAL AND LIFT STATION.
  
 5) THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THIS MINOR
 AMENDMENT SHALL NOT HAVE THE "UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT"
 LAYER TURNED ON. THIS WILL BE THE OVERALL APPROVED
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 6) PLEASE VERIFY THAT ALL DATA IS UP TO DATE ON THE
 MASTER PLAN.
  
 7) THE PAGES OF THE SIGN PROGRAM SHALL BE UPDATED AS
 NEEDED TO REFLECT THE REDESIGNED FREE STANDING SIGNS
 FOR THE MARKETPLACE.
  
 8) THE NEW STEPPING STONE PATH SHOWN ON SHEET FSP-3 IS
 NOT SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 9) THE GUMBO LIMBO TREES ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE
 THAT WERE SHIFTED OUT OF THE PARKING LOT ISLANDS DUE TO
 THE UNDERGROUND PIPE APPEAR TO BE VERY CLOSE TO THE
 PARKING LOT LIGHTS (SHEET LP-2). PLEASE VERIFY THAT
 THAT THERE IS ADEQUATE SEPARATION BETWEEN THE TREES AND
 THE LIGHTS THAT AS THE TREES GROW, THEY WILL NOT NEED
 TO BE NEGATIVELY CUT BACK TO ACCOMMODATE THE PARKING
 LOT LIGHTING.
  
 10) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 SITE HAS BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE ORIGINAL APPROVAL AND
 NO LONGER HAS TREES EVERY 30 FEET AS REQUIRED BY THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. - NOTE: THIS
 HAS BEEN CORRECTED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED AS
 PART OF THE PHASE 2 LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE RESUBMIT
 THE MOST RECENT LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 11) WHAT IS WITHIN THE FENCED ENCLOSURE IN THE
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF SHEET LP-6? IF IT IS ABOVEGROUND
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, IT SHALL BE SCREENED. PLEASE
 REMEMBER THAT CHAIN LINK FENCING IS NOT PERMITTED.
 ADDITIONALLY, WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE PAVED DRIVE TO THE
 ENCLOSURE IS LABELED "SOD". - NOTE: THIS HAS BEEN
 CORRECTED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED AS PART OF
 THE PHASE 2 LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE RESUBMIT THE MOST
 RECENT LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 12) THE RECENTLY SUBMITTED LANDSCAPE PLAN AND THE CIVIL
 PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PARKING LOT STRIPING
 SHOW A CONCRETE PAD FOR IRRIGATION EQUIPMENT AT THE
 VERY NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE. THIS IS NOT
 REFLECTED ON THE UDKS SITE PLAN.
  
 13) THERE IS A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE BEHIND BAY B-4 THAT
 DOES NOT CONTAIN A HEDGE ALONG THE ENCLOSURE WALLS. IF
 THE AREA ON EITHER SIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE IS TOO NARROW
 TO INSTALL A HEDGE, USE VINES ON THE WALL, SUCH AS
 FICUS REPENS, OR THE BOUGAINVILLEA OR CONFEDERATE
 JASMINE MOUNTED TO WALL GRIDS, AS USED ELSEWHERE ON THE
 SITE. THE PROPOSED BOLLARDS MAY CONTINUE TO SERVE AS
 THE BARRIER TO PROTECT FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT OF
 THE LANDSCAPE AREA.
