 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY MAY 21, 2014), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE ADDITIONAL
 (1) RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE PLANS SHALL BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE FINAL
 AS-BUILT LAYOUT OF PBA 2A. THE RESUBMITTAL FOR THIS
 MINOR AMENDMENT SHALL VOID PB 891Y.
  
 2) THE TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY APPROVAL PERMITS 20,000 SQ.
 FT. OF RESTAURANT. THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 RESTAURANTS IN PBA 4 (EXCLUDING THE OUTDOOR SEATING) IS
 20,053 SQ. FT. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE RESTAURANT SQUARE
 FOOTAGE CAN BE EXCEEDED AND COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC
 CONCURRENCY OR PROVIDE A REVISED LETTER FROM PALM BEACH
 COUNTY.
  
 3) THE SQUARE FOOTAGE LISTED FOR PBA 1 IN THE "USE AND
 GROSS FLOOR AREA SUMMERY CHART" IS 3 SQUARE FEET LESS
 THAN THE SQUARE FOOTAGE LISTED FOR PBA 1 IN THE
 "PARKING COMPUTATIONS" CHART.
  
 4) ON THE BICYCLE PARKING DATA CHART, PBA 1 REQUIRES 61
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES (FRACTIONS ROUND UP). THE
 "REQUIRED" COLUMN NEEDS TO BE UPDATED (ENOUGH ARE
 PROVIDED).
  
 5) MULTIPLE PARKING ROWS DO NOT SHOW THE CORRECT
 PARKING COUNT TAG.
  
 6) THE APPROVED STRIPPING PERMIT FOR THE OUTLET PORTION
 OF THE SITE INCLUDES A CHANGE TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
 PARKING AREA AND SOME ADDITIONAL ADA SPACES TO THE
 NORTH OF BUILDING J-3 THAT ARE NOT REFLECTED ON THE
 MINOR AMENDMENT PLANS.
  
 7) STRIPE THE SOUTHERNMOST PARALLEL PARKING SPACE
 (NORTH OF J2) AS MOTORCYCLE PARKING OR "NO PARKING".
 THE SPACE DOES NOT FUNCTION FOR CARS.
  
 8) THE PARKING SPACES THAT ARE ENCROACHED BY THE LIGHT
 POSTS (EITHER DIRECTLY EX. SOUTH OF SAKS OR BY MOUNTED
 ELECTRIC BOXES AND PROTECTIVE BOLLARDS) SHALL BE MARKED
 AS COMPACT SPACES AND THE PLANS AND DATA TABLES UPDATED
 TO REFLECT THE SPACES.
  
 9) ALL CHANGES TO PAVEMENT MARKINGS AND SIGNAGE TO
 DESIGNATE SPECIFIC USER GROUPS, SUCH AS POLICE
 VEHICLES, COMPACT SPACES, BUS PARKING, ETC. SHALL BE
 REFLECTED ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 10) THE PLANS FOR BUILDING A DO NOT MATCH THE PLANS
 APPROVED WITH PERMIT NO. 13090696. THE SITE PLAN AND
 THE PERMIT PLANS SHALL MATCH.
  
 11) THE BUILDING E MENU BOARD AND PART OF THE SPEAKER
 BOX APPEAR TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE FPL EASEMENT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM FPL THAT THEY DO NOT
 OBJECT TO THESE FEATURES IN THEIR EASEMENT (EASEMENT
 CONSENT) OR RELOCATE THE FEATURES OUTSIDE OF THE
 EASEMENT.
  
 12) THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR BUILDING G INCLUDED THE
 RELOCATION OF THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER ON THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING. IT IS NO LONGER SCREENED IN THE NEW
 LOCATION. PLEASE UPDATE THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY, INCLUDING SCREENING.
  
 13) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS DIFFERENT SQUARE FOOTAGE THAN
 THE ARCHITECTURAL PLAN FOR BUILDING H. NOTE THE
 ARCHITECTURAL PLAN MATCHES THE BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 14) THE PLANS SHALL BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THE BUILDING
 J ENTRY FOUNTAIN AND THE EQUIPMENT VAULT. ALL FOUNTAIN
 EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER, SHALL BE
 SCREENED.
  
 15) PLEASE SUBMIT PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND LINE-OF-SITE
 DRAWING FOR ANY BUILDINGS WHICH HAVE BEEN REVISED.
  
 16) THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PLANS SHOW GROUND COVER AND
 TREES IN THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND WEST OF THE VALET STAND.
 STAFF IS NOT APPROVING THE LATEST REVISION TO REMOVE
 THIS LANDSCAPE.
  
 17) THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PLANS SHOW PALM TREES
 FLANKING THE CONGRESS AVENUE ENTRY DRIVE. STAFF IS NOT
 APPROVING THE LATEST REVISION TO REMOVE THE ENTRY PALM
 TREES.
  
 18) THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PLANS SHOW A HEDGE NOT
 CONTINUING THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE NORTHERN PROPERTY
 LINE ALONG THE WALL (SHEET LP-3). THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE A HEDGE IN THE BUFFER.
 STAFF IS NOT APPROVING THE LATEST REVISION TO REMOVE
 THE HEDGE
  
 19) THE REMOVAL OF THE GROUND COVER IN THE OPEN AREA
 EAST OF BUILDING J-6 REDUCES THE AESTHETIC APPEARANCE
 OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING SOMETHING
 OTHER THAN SOD AS UNDERSTORY TO THE TREES PROVIDES
 CONTINUITY THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.
  
 20) THE REMOVAL OF THE PALM TREES WITHIN THE FOUNDATION
 PLANTING OF BUILDING J-2 AND THE EAST SIDE OF BUILDING
 J-5 REDUCES THE AESTHETIC APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT.
 PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING THE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN PALM
 TREES TO SOFTEN THE HARD EDGE OF THE BUILDING FACADE
 AND TO PROVIDE CONTINUITY THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.
  
 21) THE REMOVAL OF THE PALM TREES AND GROUND COVER FROM
 THE FIRST MEDIAN ISLAND WHEN ENTERING FROM PALM BEACH
 LAKES BOULEVARD VIA ENTRANCE A REDUCES THE AESTHETIC
 APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING
 THE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN PALM TREES AND GROUND COVER.
  
 22) THE REMOVAL OF THE GROUND COVER FROM THE SECOND
 MEDIAN ISLAND WHEN ENTERING FROM PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD VIA ENTRANCE A REDUCES THE AESTHETIC
 APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING
 THE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN GROUND COVER.
  
 23) THE REMOVAL OF THE GROUND COVER FROM THE FIRST
 MEDIAN ISLAND WHEN ENTERING FROM PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD VIA ENTRANCE C REDUCES THE AESTHETIC
 APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING
 THE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN GROUND COVER.
  
 24) PLEASE INCLUDE THE NAMES OF TREES "FB" AND "BB" IN
 THE EXISTING TREE LEGEND (SHOWN IN NORTH BUFFER SHEET
 LP-3).
  
 25) ONE OF THE CRI TAGS DOES NOT POINT TO THE CORRECT
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL FOR THE BUILDING J-2 FOUNDATION
 PLANTING.
  
 26) BUFFER CALCULATIONS:
  
 A. CONGRESS BUFFER STATES 54 TREES PROVIDED, YET ONLY
 53 TREES WHEN TOTALING THE DATA.
 B. PALM BEACH LAKES BUFFER STATES 10 EXISTING TREES.
 WERE THE TREES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO REMAIN BUT
 ACCIDENTALLY REMOVED DURING CONSTRUCTION FACTORED INTO
 THE COUNT OF 10?
  
 27) STAFF ONLY IS ONLY ABLE TO MEASURE 740 LINEAR FEET
 OF FOUNDATION PLANTING ON THE NORTH, EAST AND SOUTH
 SIDES OF THE PBA 1 BUILDING(S). PLEASE PROVIDE A
 GRAPHIC TO VERIFY THAT THE MINIMUM OF 998.67 LINEAR
 FEET OF FOUNDATION PLANTING HAS BEEN PROVIDED ON THE
 NORTH, EAST AND SOUTH SIDES OF THE BUILDING(S).
  
 28) AT THE BUILDING E DRIVE THRU, PLEASE INSTALL SOME
 HEDGE MATERIAL BEHIND THE PRE-MENU BOARD, THE MENU
 BOARD AND THE SPEAKER BOX TO SCREEN THE BACK OF THESE
 FEATURES.
  
 29) PLEASE VERIFY THAT ALL DATA IS UP TO DATE ON THE
 MASTER PLAN.
