 THE SITE AREA INDICATED ON SHEET A0. PLEASE CHECK AND
 CORRECT.
 2. TRAFFIC REPORT STATES THE PROJECT HAS 102 ROOMS.
 PLEASE CORRECT TO THE 108 ROOM PROPOSAL.
 3. COLORED ELEVATIONS INSERTED IN THE CONTEXT, AND
 UPDATED RENDED ARE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE THE PROJECT
 REVIEW. STREET LEVEL RENDERS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 VIEW FROM FLAGLER DRIVE AND FROM BOARDWALK.
 4. SUBMITTED RENDERS SHOW A GREEN WALL SCREENING THE
 GARAGE, HOWEVER, THE LA DRAWINGS DO NOT INDICATE ANY
 TYPE OF PLANT MATERIAL THAT WOULD CREATE SUCH EFFECT.
 5. THE SW CORNER OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE ACTIVATED
 WITH THE ADMIN USES, AND THE LUGGAGE STORAGE CAN BE

 SURVEY IT NEEDS TO BE WIDEN TO AT LEAST 10'. SOME

 EXISTING SIDEWALK IS MAINTAINED.
 11. THE CALCULATIONS FRO THE GROSS BUILDING AREA SHALL
 NOT INCLUDE THE PARKING STRUCTURE.
 12. WHY IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE 2ND FLOOR GARAGE
 SHOWN AS ONLY 6,255SF?
 13. PLEASE INCLUDE A DIAGRAM INDICATING THE EXACT AREAS
 CALCULATED FOR THE OPEN SPACE, PUBLI PLAZA, LA,
 PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION AND VEHICULAR CIRCULATION.
 14. THE PAVED VEHICULAR CIRCULATION EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM
 15% OF LOT AREA ALLOWED.
 15. THE CITY WILL CONDUCT AN INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT OF
 THE EXISTING ROYAL PALMS ALONG FLAGLER TO DETERMINE IF
 ANY REPLACEMENTS ARE NECESSARY.
