 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE SQUARE FOOTAGES ON THE SITE PLAN DO NOT MATCH
 THAT WHICH WAS PROVIDED IN THE TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY
 LETTER.
  
 2. NO EASEMENT SEARCH PERFORMED?
  
 3. ON THE SITE PLAN DATA TABLE, THE MINIMUM SETBACK
 ADJOINING A PUBLIC ROW IS 0 FEET...NOT 10 FEET.
  
 4. THE LOT AREA ON THE SURVEY DIFFERS FROM THAT WHICH
 IS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUSINESS TAX FOR THE
 PHARMACY, AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE ADDITIONAL
 STANDARDS SHALL BE PROVIDED (SIGNED AND NOTARIZED).
  
 6. AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE MAY BE REQUIRED ADJACENT
 TO THE WAREHOUSE FACILITY; PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE
 CITY?S BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 7. IS ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT PROPOSED TO BE
 ROOF-MOUNTED? PLEASE CLARIFY. NO EQUIPMENT IS SHOWN ON
 THE SITE PLAN. IF IT IS PROPOSED TO BE MOUNTED ON THE
 ROOF, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY NEED TO BE PROVIDED TO
 ENSURE THAT IT IS VISUALLY SCREENED FROM SURROUNDING
 PROPERTIES / RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 8. LIGHTING PLANS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ENSURE THAT ALL
 LIGHTING IS SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE, AND IS ARRANGED
 TO REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS AND PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES.
 LIGHTING LEVELS SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES WHEN
 MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT.
  
 9. IN THE PLANT DATA INFORMATION TABLE, THE QUANTITIES
 SPECIFIED AS "PROVIDED" DO NOT MATCH WHAT IS SHOWN IN
 THE PLANT LIST.
  
 10. THE PROPOSED SHADE TREES IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL
 NOT BE COUNTED TOWARD THE SITE'S MINIMUM LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 11. PLEASE PROVIDE THE QUANTITIES, SPECIES AND
 SPECIFICATIONS OF SHRUBS AND INDICATE IN THE PLANT DATA
 INFORMATION TABLE THAT THE MINIMUM OF 1 SHRUB PER 500
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE IS BEING SATISFIED.
  
 12. PLEASE BREAK THE PLANT LIST INTO SHADE TREES AND
 FLOWERING TREES.
  
 13. PLEASE NOTE ON THE PLANS THAT THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY WILL BE IRRIGATED AND
 MAINTAINED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER.
  
 14. A FIVE (5) FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED
 ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 94-443(B)(1). AT LEAST ONE (1) SHADE/FLOWERING
 TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EVERY 30 LINEAR FEET.
  
 15. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ACCESS POINTS INTO THE
 PROPERTY ON GEORGIA AVENUE IS ONE (1).
  
 16. HEDGES BETWEEN THE PARKING AREAS AND THE PUBLIC ROW
 SHALL BE AT LEAST 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITH 2-3 FOOT
 INTERVALS, AND SHALL REACH A MATURITY OF AT LEAST 40
 INCHES WITHIN 2 YEARS.
  
 17. PLEASE PROVIDE A CONCEPTUAL UTILITY PLAN TO ENSURE
 NO CONFLICTS WITH PROPOSED LANDSCAPING, ETC.
  
 18. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL & SPECIFICATIONS SHEET FOR
 THE LANDSCAPING. BE SURE TO INCLUDE...
 A. PLANTING DETAIL
 B. PLANT QUALITY - FLORIDA GRADE NO. 1 OR BETTER
 C. IRRIGATION - AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION WILL BE PROVIDED
 FOR ALL CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE AREAS, AND SHALL HAVE A
 120% COVERAGE.
  
 19. BICYCLE PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED AT A RATIO OF 1
 SPACE PER 20 AUTOMOBILE SPACES. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL
 OF THE BIKE RACK (CONTACT ME FOR ACCEPTABLE STYLES).
  
 20. REQUIRED PARKING FOR THE WAREHOUSE SHALL BE
 CALCULATED AT 1 SPACE PER 2,000 SQUARE FEET OF
 WAREHOUSE SPACE, AND 1 SPACE PER 350 SQUARE FEET OF
 OFFICE / NON-WAREHOUSE SPACE.
  
 21. PLEASE CLARIFY THE PURPOSE OF THE TWO (2) OVERHEAD
 DOORS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE WAREHOUSE BUILDING. THESE
 SHALL NOT OPEN UP INTO A LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 22. STAFF WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH THE ARCHITECT TO GET
 ARCHITECTURAL ENHANCEMENTS ON BOTH OF THE BUILDINGS,
 ESPECIALLY ALONG THE STREET FRONTAGES; ITEMS SUCH AS
 REVEALS, RECESSES, WINDOWS, ETC.
  
 23. A PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION SHOULD BE PROVIDED FROM
 NOTTINGHAM BOULEVARD TO THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF THE
 PHARMACY. THE DRIVEWAY CAN BE NARROWED TO 20 FEET WIDE
 TO GAIN THE WIDTH NECESSARY FOR A SIDEWALK, WHILE
 MAINTAINING LANDSCAPING ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING.
  
 24. STAFF WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS THE POSSIBLE EXTENSION
 OF THE BULB-OUT AT THE CORNER OF NOTTINGHAM BOULEVARD
 AND GEORGIA AVENUE, TYING IT INTO THE RADIUS AT THE
 CORNER; THIS WILL REQUIRE CONSULTATION WITH THE CITY?S
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 25. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAIL AS TO THE INTENDED USE
 OF THE WAREHOUSE BUILDING.
  
 26. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THE BUILDINGS ARE OF THE HEIGHT
 PROPOSED, ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY.

 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
