 BE CONDUCETED BASED ON THE 1994 DMP REGULATIONS.
 2. PLEASE CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH THE 40 FEET MINIMUM
 DISTANCE FROM THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROAD TO THE
 BUILDING FACE.
 3. PLEASE CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINIMUM 20 FEET
 RECESS LINE ALONG MINIMUM 80% OF BUILDING FRONTAGE.
 4. PLEASE CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM 10 FEET REAR
 RECESS LINE ABOVE 80 FEET IN HEIGHT.
 5. PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED FLOOR ON 1ST
 FLOOR EXCEED MAXIMUM 20' ALLOWED.

 INSTALLED ALONG THE FRONTAGE LINE.
 18. SOME DOORS ALONG FERN STREET ARE ENCROACHING THE
 ROW. DOORS SHALL BE RECCESSED.
 19. PLEASE PROVIDE AUTO TURN TO CONFIRM CIRCULATION OF
 DROP-OFF AREA.
 20. COLOR ELEVATIONS AND RENDERS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 FURTHER REVIEW.
 21. CIVIL DRAWINGS DO NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE STREET
 CONDITIONS.
 22. HOW IS THE TRASH PICK UP? PRIVATE?
 23. SOME PARKING SPACES ON WEST SIDE DO NOT MEET
 MINIMUM DIMENSIONS. INCLUDE DIMENSIONS.
 24. PLEASE CONSIDER THE RELOCATION OF THE TRAFFIC
 SIGNAL BOX AT THE DIXIE HWAY AND FERN STREET CORNER.
 25. ANY UTILITY EQUIPMENT (SUCH AS BACK FLOW
 PREVENTORS) SHALL BE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE ROW AND/OR
 REQURIED FRONT SETBACK.
 26. ARE THE EXISTING UTILITY LINES ALONG THE ALLEY
 PROPOSED FOR RELOCATION OR UNDERGROUND?
 27. PROPOSED BLANK WALL ON THE EAST AND NORTH ELEVATION
 WILL HAVE A GREAT IMPACT ON THE SURROUNDING.
 ARCHITECURAL TREATMENT SHALL BE INCORPORATED TO THE
 EAST ELEVATION, AND OPENNIGNS SHALL BE INTRODUCED TO
 THE NORTH ELEVATION.
 28. SURVEY SHALL INCLUDE DIMENSION OF EXISTING SIDEWALK
 AND PAVEMENT AREA.
