 COMMENTS:
  
 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. ANY PART OF AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE WITH A SLOPE GREATER
 THAN 1:20 SHALL BE CONSIDERED A RAMP AND SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SECTION 405 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 3. ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. TO COMPLY WITH FAIR
 HOUSING ACT, AND FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, THE
 PARKING TABLE ON SHEET SP-1 CORRECTLY STATES THAT 8
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES ARE REQUIRED. THE ONLY ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES THAT CURRENTLY APPEAR TO BE SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS ARE THE 4 SHOWN ON SHEET A-1 FIRST FLOOR PLAN.
 PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL 8 ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES. SEE TABLE 208.2 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 4. LOCATION OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. SHEET A-1
 FIRST FLOOR PLAN. TO ACCESS THE BUIDING FROM THE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES, THE USER IS COMPELLED TO
 CROSS THE VEHICULAR TRAVEL LANES RIGHT BY THE ENTRANCE
 TO THE PARKING GARAGE. AT THAT LOCATION, THE VEHICULAR
 TRAVEL LANES WILL HAVE THE GREATEST TRAFFIC FLOW.
 PLEASE CONSIDER WHETHER THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION FOR
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES.
  
 4. VAN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. THE PARKING TABLE ON
 SHEET SP-1 CORRECTLY STATES THAT 2 VAN ACCESSIBLE
 SPACES ARE REQUIRED. THE ONLY VAN ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACE THAT CURRENTLY APPEARS TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 IS THE ONE SHOWN ON SHEET A-1 FIRST FLOOR PLAN. PLEASE
 SHOW THE LOCATION OF BOTH VAN ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES. PER SECTION 208.2.4 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE, ONE IN EVERY SIX ACCESSIBLE SPACES (AT LEAST ONE)
 IN A PARKING STRUCTURE, SHALL BE "VAN ACCESSIBLE: AND
 DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION OF 502 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE (VERTICAL CLEARANCE NOT LESS THAN 98
 INCHES AT SPACE AND VEHICLULAR ACCESS ROUTE)
  
 5. COMPLIANCE WITH ALL BUILDING SEPARATION, PERCENTAGE
 OF OPENINGS AND OPENING PROTECTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF
 CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SHALL BE
 VERIFIED.
  
 6. ENCLOSED PARKING GARAGES MUST HAVE EXHAUST SYSTEMS
 DESIGNED TO MINIMIZE NOISE LEVELS USING INLINE FAN
 SILENCERS OR OTHER APPROVED METHODS.
  
 7. STAIR 04 EXIT DOOR. SHEET A-1 FIRST FLOOR PLAN.
 STAIR 04 IS CURRENTLY SHOWN WITH NO EXIT DOOR TO THE
 SIDEWALK AT FIRST FLOOR LEVEL.
  
 8. STAIR 03 IN AMENITY ROOM ADJACENT TO THE VALET
 STATION. SHEET A-1 FIRST FLOOR PLAN. STAIR 03 DOES NOT
 APPEAR IN THE SECOND FLOOR PLAN, SO IT DOES NOT LEAD TO
 ANYWHERE, UNLESS A BASEMENT LEVEL IS PROPOSED.
  
 9. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE
 COMMENCING THE WORK.
