 THE RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW COMMENTS FROM 9/11/13, IS
 NOTED. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE THOSE THAT HAVE NOT
 BEEN COMPLETELY ADDRESSED. THE NUMBERING SEQUENCE FROM
 THE PREVIOUS REVIEW HAS BEEN RETAINED FOR CONSISTENCY
 AND EASE OF REFERENCE.
  
 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 6. LOCATION OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. COMMENT NOT
 COMPLETELY ADDRRESSED. PARKING GARAGE SHEETS GA-1.0 AND
 GA-1.1 STILL SHOW PARKING SPACES 211, 398, 399, AND
 416, LOCATED SUCH THAT THE USER WOULD BE COMPELLED TO
 WALK, OR WHEEL, IN THE VEHICULAR TRAVEL LANE AND/OR
 BEHIND THE PARKED VEHICLES OF OTHER USERS, IN ORDER TO
 GET TO THE HOTEL. PLEASE SHOW ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES
 LOCATED SUCH THAT, IN ORDER TO GET FROM THEIR VEHICLE
 TO THE HOTEL BUILDING, THE USER WOULD NOT BE COMPELLED
 TO WALK, OR WHEEL, IN THE VEHICULAR TRAVEL LANE AND/OR
 BEHIND THE PARKED VEHICLES OF OTHER USERS. PER SECTION
 208.3 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE ROUTE
 OF TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING TO AN ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE FOR EACH BUILDING, AND SHALL BE LOCATED SUCH
 THAT THE ROUTE IS A SAFE ONE. THE DESIGN OF ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 502 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE
  
 11. WALKWAY CONNECTION TO CONVENTION CENTER BUILDING.
 SHEET A-0.2 SHOWS TWO PROPOSED COVERED WALKWAYS FROM
 THE HOTEL TO THE CONVENTION CENTER. COMMENT RESPONSE IS
 NOTED. FOR BUILDING PERMIT, CONDITION 3 OF THE
 EXCEPTION TO FBC 3104.5 WILL HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED BY
 UNTIY OF TITLE, UNITY OF CONTROL, OR SOME OTHER LEGAL
 MEANS BECAUSE THE BUILDINGS ARE NOT "ON THE SAME LOT".
  
 12. FIRST FLOOR PLAN SHEET A-1.01. THE FITNESS ROOM IS
 NOW SHOWN WITH TWO EXITS, BUT THE EXITS ARE NOT
 SEPARATED BY A DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 1/3 OF THE GREATEST
 DIAGONAL DIMENSION OF THE ROOM OR SPACE. WHEN SUBMITTED
 FOR PERMIT, THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THAT THE NUMBER AND
 SPACING OF EXITS COMPLY WITH SECTION 1021.4 OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
