 1. THE DRAWINGS SUBMITTED WERE NOT TOO SCALE.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEAN SITE PLAN THAT DOES NOT SHOW
 BELOW-GROUND IMPROVEMENTS. THIS CAN BE PROVIDED IN
 ADDITION TO THE PIPING PLAN. THE SITE PLAN SHALL ALSO
 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. SETBACKS TO BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES
 B. CLEAR LABELING ALL ABOVE-GROUND IMPROVEMENTS (SOME
 LABELS MISSING ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED)
 C. DIMENSIONS OF BUILDINGS
 D. FLOOR AREA OF BUILDINGS
 E. NUMBER OF STORIES/BUILDING HEIGHTS
 F. DETAILS OF SIGNS
 G. LOCATIONS AND HEIGHTS OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 FENCING
 H. DIMENSIONS OF PARKING SPACES
 I. STANDARD DETAILS FOR DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES AND PARKING
 SPACES (STRIPING)
  
 3. THE AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE SHOULD BE CALCULATED AS THE
 TOTAL LOT AREA MINUS BUILDINGS.
  
 4. LANDSCAPING + IMPERVIOUS + RETENTION/LAKE AREAS
 SHOULD EQUAL 100%.
  
 5. THE BOUNDARIES OF EAST CLEAR LAKE, FENCING, ETC.
 APPEAR TO BE MISSING.
  
 6. THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL SHOULD BE BASED
 UPON THE AMOUNT OF REQUIRED OPEN SPACE (30% OF THE
 TOTAL LOT AREA IS 772,972 SQUARE FEET). ADJUST
 LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE A XERISCAPE TABLE INDICATING
 COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 8. SHADE/FLOWERING TREES SHOULD BE A MINIMUM OF 10 FEET
 IN HEIGHT AND 5 FEET CLEAR TRUNK.
  
 9. IS A WALKING PATH PROPOSED AROUND THE RENTENTION
 AREA? BENCHES AND LANDSCAPING ARE SHOWN BUT IT IS
 UNCLEAR AS TO HOW THESE AREAS ARE ACCESSED.
  
 10. IS NO NEW PLANTING PROPOSED ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF
 THE ACCESS ROAD?
  
 11. PLEASE PROVIDE COPIES OF THE REMAINING UTILITY
 LETTERS.
  
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED/NOTARIZED COPY OF THE
 MAILING LIST AFFIDAVIT.

 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
