 2. PROVIDE TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY WITH ELEVATIONS
 REFERENCED TO NGVD 1929. SPOT GRADES SHALL BE PROVIDED
 AT PROPERTY LINE AND 5 FEET OUTSIDE PROPERTY LINE TO
 DETERMINE IF THERE IS OFF SITE RUNOFF ENTERING THE
 SITE.
 3. BICYCLE RACK APPEARS TO BE SURROUNDED WITH GROUND
 COVER PLANTS. THE BIKE RACK WILL BE DIFFICULT TO ACCESS
 IF THERE IS A VEHICLE IN THE FIRST PARKING SPACE. IF
 ALLOWED BY PLANNING DEPT., CONSIDER MOVING TO THE
 NORTHEAST, TO ADJACENT TO THE CURB NEXT TO THE ADA
 ACCESSABLE ROUTE.
 4. CREATE SWALE IN LANDSCAPE AREA ADJACENT TO WEST
 PROPERTY LINE IN ORDER TO RETAIN SOME STORMWATER
 RUNOFF.
 5. CREATE SWALE IN REAR OF BUILDING TO PREVENT DIRECT
 RUNOFF TO ADJACENT LOT.
 6. TIE ROOF DRAINS DIRECTLY INTO DRAINAGE SYSTEM OR
 DISCHARGE ONTO PERVIOUS AREA.
 7. SHOW EXTENT OF SIDEWALK/CURB REMOVAL-REPLACEMENT ON
 OLD OKEECHOBEE ROAD FOR PROPOSED DRIVEWAY.
 8. NARROW DRIVEWAY WIDTH IF NOT USED FOR TWO-WAY
 TRAFFIC. ADD STOP BAR AND STOP SIGN IF USED FOR TWO-WAY
 TRAFFIC.
 9. TO PROTECT BUILDING FROM VEHICLES, CONSIDER ADDING
 BOLLARDS AT CORNER OF BUILDING NEXT TO ADA ACCESSABLE
 ROUTE.
 10. THE ADA ENTRANCE GATE MAY NEED SIDEWALK AREA TO THE
 SIDE OF THE GATE ON THE INSIDE OF THE FENCE TO ALLOW
 SOMEONE IN A WHEELCHAIR TO OPEN THE GATE.
 11. ADD LEGEND TO CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN
