 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE APPROVAL LETTER FROM
 THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC DIVISION WITH REGARD TO
 TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY.
  
 2. PLEASE REPLACE THE PARKING STALL DETAILS (REGULAR
 AND ACCESSIBLE PARKING) WITH THE CITY STANDARD DETAIL.
  
 3. THE PARKING RATIO TO DETERMINE THE REQUIRED NUMBER
 OF SPACES SHOULD BE 1 SPACE PER 350 SQUARE FEET.
 THEREFORE, THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES SHOULD
 BE 41, NOT 29.
  
 4. THE AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE ON THE LOT SHOULD BE
 CALCULATED BY SUBTRACTING THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT FROM
 THE LOT AREA. THEREFORE, THE OPEN SPACE PROVIDED SHOULD
 BE 114,000.09 SQUARE FEET (2.61 ACRES). THIS SHOULD BE
 ADJUSTED ON THE SITE PLAN AND THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5. THE AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE PLANT MATERIAL REQUIRED
 SHOULD BE CALCULATED USING THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF OPEN
 SPACE (40 PERCENT OF THE LOT AREA). THEREFORE, THESE
 CALCULATIONS SHOULD BE BASED UPON AN OPEN SPACE AREA OF
 51,226.4 SQUARE FEET.

 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL

 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X

 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
