 GENERAL COMMENTS: WHEN RESUBMITTING:
 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
 B. 15 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE REDUCED COPY AND AN ELECTRONIC
 COPY OF ALL PLANS.
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
 D. PLEASE NOT THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)

 ZLDR REQUIRES THAT 75% OR 1,000 SQUARE FEET, WHICHEVER
 IS LESS, OF THE FRONT YARD MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
 B. THE MAXIMUN WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY PROPOSED
 FOR 255 WORTH COURT SOUTH CAN NOT EXCEED 20 FEET.
