 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 1. CONDITION OF APPROVAL: AN FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT
 FOR OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND A CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT
 FOR CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE AND THE ALLEY ARE REQUIRED.
  
 2. THE FIRE HYDRANT LOCATED TO THE WEST OF THE
 BUILDING, GENERALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SITE, HAS BEEN
 RELOCATED FROM THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE CIVIL AND
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN STILL
 SHOWS IT IN THE WIDE ISLAND, WHICH PERMITS THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE TERMINAL ISLAND TREES. THE NEW
 LOCATION RESULTS IN THE REMOVAL OF A REQUIRED TREE AS
 THE FIRE HYDRANT IS PLACED IN A LANDSCAPE ISLAND THAT
 IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE THE TREE AND THE FIRE
 HYDRANT. IF THE FIRE HYDRANT HAS TO BE LOCATED IN THIS
 SPOT (EX. IF THE UNDERGROUND INFRASTRUCTURE HAS BEEN
 INSTALLED ALREADY), THEN THE ADJACENT PARKING SPACE
 SHALL BE CONVERTED INTO A LANDSCAPE ISLAND CONTAINING
 THE REQUIRED TREE (THE PARKING TABLE NEEDS TO REFLECT
 THE REVISED PARKING COUNT). ALL PLANS SHALL BE REVISED
 TO BE CONSISTENT.
  
 3. THE ROOFTOP PARKING COUNT FOR THE MIDDLE PARKING ROW
 STATES 24 SPACES, YET STAFF CAN ONLY SEE ONLY 22 THE
 PLAN. PLEASE CORRECT THE PARKING TABLE AS WELL.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A TREE REMOVED FROM THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE. THE CODE COMPLIANCE TABLE
 STILL LISTS 17 TREES PROVIDED IN THE BUFFER, WHEN ONLY
 16 ARE PROVIDED. PLEASE CORRECT.
