 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY MAY 10, 2014), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT PREVIOUSLY ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE
 TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED; THEREFORE, A
 RESUBMITTAL FEE IS REQUIRED. THE RESUBMITTAL FEE IS 20%
 OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1. CONDITION OF APPROVAL: THE COMMENT TO PROVIDE A
 SURVEY SHOWING THE EASEMENTS ON THE SITE, ORIGINALLY
 MADE ON JUNE 12, 2013, HAS FINALLY BEEN COMPLIED WITH
 ON THIS RESUBMITTAL. THE SURVEY SHOWS AN FPL EASEMENT
 (ORB 1490, PG 461) LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE NORTH HALF OF
 THE PROPOSED BUILDING (SERVICE AND PARKING GARAGE).
 VERIFICATION THAT THIS EASEMENT HAS BEEN ABANDONED
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO THE
 CITY ISSUING BUILDING PERMITS FOR STRUCTURES, INCLUDING
 A FOUNDATION PERMIT, OVER THE EASEMENT.
  
 2. CONDITION OF APPROVAL: AN FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT
 FOR OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND A CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT
 FOR CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE AND THE ALLEY ARE REQUIRED.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: THE LANDSCAPE AND CIVIL PLANS SHOW
 DIFFERING CONDITIONS. THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH ALONG THE
 EASTERN SIDE OF THE SITE AND THE SEWER LINE ON THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING ARE NOT SHOWN IN THE SAME
 LOCATIONS ON THE TWO PLANS. THE LOCATION OF THE UTILITY
 LINES AS SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLANS CREATES DIRECT
 CONFLICT WITH LANDSCAPE PROPOSED FOR THE PARKING LOT
 INTERIOR AND TERMINAL ISLANDS AND SHALL BE SHOWN IN A
 DIFFERENT LOCATION.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL/RELOCATION OF ANY TREES OR THE
 APPROVAL OF THE FINAL LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE TREE
 INVENTORY PLAN SHOWING THAT THE SITE WILL HAVE A TREE
 GAIN WAS PROVIDED.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT: THE SOUTHERN BUFFER REQUIRES 16
 TREES (ALL LANDSCAPE ROUNDING IS DONE UP), NOT 15 AS
 STATED ON THE TAG ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE (THE
 LANDSCAPE CODE COMPLIANCE CHART IS ACCURATE).
  
 6. NEW COMMENT: THE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND TO THE
 NORTH OF THE TWO PARKING SPACE BAY (NORTH OF THE
 DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE FROM CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE) NO LONGER
 CONTAINS THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE ISLAND TREE.
  
 7. REVISED COMMENT: THE ROOF TOP PARKING LAYOUT AREA ON
 THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE ROOF LABEL IS 22 SPACES WHEN 24
 ARE PROVIDED. THE PARKING TABLE IS SHOWN CORRECTLY WITH
 92 TOTAL SPACES PROVIDED ON THE ROOF.
  
 8. REPEAT COMMENT: THE NORTHWEST MOST "EMPLOYEE" ROW
 HAS 6 SPACES YET THE LABEL SAYS 5. THE PARKING TABLE IS
 SHOWN CORRECTLY WITH 123 TOTAL SPACES PROVIDED.
  
 9. NEW COMMENT: THE TOP OF THE BICYCLE RACK ELEMENT
 LOOP SHALL BE 30 INCHES FROM GRADE.
  
 10. NEW COMMENT: THE ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN SUBMITTED
 WITH THE FOUNDATION PERMIT SHOWS AN FPL TRANSFORMER IN
 THE SAME LOCATION AS THE EASTERN MOST TREE IN THE
 ISLAND HOUSING THE FUEL TANK. THE TRANSFORMER SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON ALL THE PLANS AND IT SHALL BE SCREENED WITH
 LANDSCAPE HEDGE. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE UPDATED TO
 REFLECT A LOCATION FOR THE TREE NOT IN CONFLICT WITH
 THE TRANSFORMER.
