 DRIVEWAY AT CAR WASH NOT SHOWN ON LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 2. SHOW ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES (EXISTING TO REMAIN
 AND PROPOSED) ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 3. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL HORIZONTAL SEPARATION BETWEEN THE
 WATER MAINS AND EXFILTRATION TRENCHES.
 4. INDICATE LOCATION OF DRAINAGE CONTROL STRUCTURE.
 BAFFLE TO BE INCLUDED TO PREVENT OFFSITE DISCAHRGE OF
 OILS AND OTHER FLOATABLES.
 5. INDICATE VERTICAL REFERENCE DATUM ON PLANS (SHOULD
 BE NGVD 1929).
 6. SFWMD ERP OR MODIFICATION TO BE OBTAINED AND
 SUBMITTED TO ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO
 START OF CONSTRUCTION.
 7. FDEP NPDES STORMWATER CONSTRUCTION PERMIT TO BE
 PROVIDED PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION.
 8. INCLUDE WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION
 SUBMITTAL:
 A. SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED P.E.
 DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS (BY CONSTRUCTION PHASE) AND FINAL
 ENGINEERING PLANS. EACH PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT TO PROVIDE
 MINIMUM WATER QUALITY TREATMENT VOLUMES PER SFWMD
 CRITERIA.
 B. STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN
 9. CAR WASH AREA TO INCLUDE OIL-WATER SEPARATOR AND
 HOLDING TANK FOR WASH EFFLUENT. CAR WASH EFFLUENT MAY
 NOT DISCHARGE TO THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
 RELOCATE CATCH BASINS AWAY FROM CAR WASH AREA.
 10. CONSIDER RELOCATING EXFILTRATION TRENCHES AWAY FROM
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ON EAST SIDE OF SITE.
 11.INCLUDE ROOT BARRIERS WHEN TREES ARE WITHIN 10 FEET
 OF UTILITIES OR EXFILTRATION TRENCHES. ROOT BARRIERS TO
 BE MINIMUM 5 FEET FROM UTILITY OR EXFILTRATION TRENCH.
 12. VERIFY LATEST CITY ENGINEERING DETAILS ARE INCLUDED
 IN PLAN SUBMITTALS. SEVERAL DETAILS ARE UNDERGOING
 REVISION. LATEST VERSIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THE CITY'S
