 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY AUGUST 12, 2013),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1. ALL THE CONDITIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 85-09 WILL
 REMAIN IN EFFECT.
  
 2. STAFF WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE A BUSINESS
 TAX/CERTIFICATE OF USE FOR THE PROPERTY. THIS WILL NEED
 TO BE RECTIFIED AND ANY OUTSTANDING FEES PAID TO THE
 CITY PRIOR TO ANY APPROVALS FOR THIS SITE.
  
 3. THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE APPLICATION DOES NOT
 INCLUDE THE ACREAGE OF THE SITE. THE ACREAGE NUMBERS
 FROM A SURVEY MAY CHANGE SOME OF THE DATA TABLES. THE
 SURVEY SHALL ALSO BE REVISED SO AS TO BE ABSTRACTED TO
 SHOW EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, IF ANY.
  
 4. THE CALCULATIONS ON THE SITE DATA TABLE ARE
 INCORRECT. THERE IS APPROXIMATELY 3,200 SQUARE FEET
 MORE OPEN SPACE THAN STATED.
  
 5. SOME OF THE DIMENSION LINES ON THE SITE PLAN DO NOT
 APPEAR TO RELATE TO ANYTHING.
  
 6. THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC LETTER LISTS THE
 BUILD-OUT DATE AS DECEMBER 31, 2012. A REVISED
 EXTENSION LETTER IS REQUIRED WITH THIS APPLICATION.
  
 7. THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ONLY
 PERMIT THREE ACCESS POINTS TO THE SITE. SINCE THE
 CURRENT PLAN HAS APPROVED FIVE ACCESS POINTS TO THE
 SITE, YOU MAY KEEP THE FIVE ACCESS POINTS. ONE ACCESS
 POINT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
  
 8. THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN MODIFIES THE EXISTING CURB
 CUTS ON OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A PRE-DETERMINATION LETTER FROM FDOT
 THAT THEY WILL PERMIT THE CHANGES TO THE OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD RIGHT-OF-WAY. AN FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FOR
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND A CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FOR
 CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE AND THE ALLEY WILL BE REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ON THE SITE.
  
 9. THE LANDSCAPE COMPLIANCE CHART IS USING INCORRECT
 DATA FOR THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL REQUIRED. THE
 FIGURES SHALL BE BASED ON THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OF
 101,281 SQUARE FEET (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON THE
 UPDATED SURVEY). A FULL REVIEW OF PLANS WILL ONLY BE
 COMPLETED AFTER THE ACCURATE NUMBERS ARE PROVIDED.
  
 10. UTILITIES SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 NOTE: THERE ARE OVERHEAD LINES ALONG OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD.
  
 11. THE LANDSCAPE INVENTORY PLAN CALLS FOR THE REMOVAL
 OF ALMOST EVERY TREE ON THE SITE. THESE TREES HAVE BEEN
 GROWING FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS (EVIDENCE BY THE 4 INCH
 CALIPER). STAFF DOES NOT SUPPORT THEIR REMOVAL FOR
 TREES WITH A 2.5 INCH CALIPER. ADDITIONALLY, STAFF DOES
 NOT SUPPORT THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING ROYAL PALM TREES
 AND THEIR REPLACEMENT WITH NEW ROYAL PALM TREES. NOTE:
 A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE
 REMOVAL OF ANY TREES OR THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 12. THE LANDSCAPE COMPLIANCE NUMBERS DO NOT MATCH
 INSTALLED CONDITIONS ALONG SOME OF THE BUFFERS.
  
 13. PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE REAR LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 IS NOT INTERRUPTED BY MORE THAN 25% OF ITS LENGTH.
  
 14. PROVIDE THE PALM TREE SUBSTITUTION CALCULATIONS.
  
 15. IDENTIFY THE SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES ON THE PLANT
 SCHEDULE.
  
 16. PROVIDE THE FOUNDATION PLANNING CALCULATIONS AND
 COMPLIANCE FOR EACH STRUCTURE.
  
 17. PROVIDE THE PARKING LOT LANDSCAPE AREA
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 18. NOTE #6 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE AMENDED AS
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE
 THAT HEDGES BE MAINTAINED AT 40 INCHES.
  
 19. SHOW THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 FOR CHILINGWORTH DRIVE AT OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND THE
 ALLEY.
  
 20. PLEASE PROVIDE A COLOR CODED OVERLAY OF THE
 BUILDING FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE ELEMENTS THAT YOU ARE
 INCLUDING WITH EACH USE CATEGORY UNDER THE BUILDING
 DATA TABLE. STAFF NEEDS THIS TO VERIFY THE COMPLIANCE
 WITH PARKING REQUIREMENTS BASED ON BUILDING USE
 BREAKDOWN.
  
 21. THE PARKING CALCULATIONS FOR THE SPACES REQUIRED
 FOR THE INVENTORY ARE INCORRECT. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH
 SPACES ACCOUNTED FOR AND THE MATH DOES NOT WORK FOR THE
 SPACES SHOWN.
  
 22. ONLY 5 DISABLED SPACES ARE REQUIRED BASED ON THE
 NUMBER OF SPACES YOU HAVE PROVIDED.
  
 23. THE ADDITIONAL DETAILING FROM THE CITY'S STANDARD
 PARKING DETAIL NEED TO BE ADDED TO THE PROVIDED PARKING
 DETAIL - WIDTH AND SEPARATION OF THE STRIPING AND THE
 DISTANCE OF THE WHEEL STOPS FROM THE END OF THE SPACE.
  
 24. THE TRUCK LOADING SPACES NEED AN ADDITIONAL
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND ON THE EAST SIDE.
  
 25. SIX BICYCLE PARKING SPACES (THREE RACKS/POSTS) ARE
 REQUIRED ON THE SITE. PROVIDE ALL DETAILS.
  
 26. THE NEW AUDI SIGN NEEDS TO BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5)
 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE AND EIGHT (8) FEET FROM
 OVERHEAD POWER LINES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW PDQ
 RESTAURANT WAS REQUIRED BY FPL TO SET THE SIGN BACK
 EVEN MORE THAN EIGHT FEET.
  
 27. THE ELEVATIONS SHOW A GREATER NUMBER OF SIGNS THAN
 ARE PERMITTED BY CODE.
  
 28. THE FUEL TANK ENCLOSURE NEEDS TO SCREEN THE FULL
 HEIGHT OF THE TANK AND EQUIPMENT WITH THE OPAQUE WALL
 AND AT THE BASE OF THE WALL WITH LANDSCAPE.
  
 29. THE COMPACTOR ENCLOSURE IS NOT SCREENED IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 30. WHERE ARE THE A/C AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 LOCATED?
  
 31. THE LIGHT POSTS, FIRE HYDRANTS, BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS, ETC. SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SITE AND
 LANDSCAPE PLANS TO VERIFY THAT THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS.
  
 32. PROVIDE WRITTEN VERIFICATION FROM THE CITY'S
 SANITATION DIVISION THAT THE LOCATION AND SIZE OF THE
 COMPACTOR WILL ALLOW FOR THEM TO PICK UP THE WASTE.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CONTAINERS MAY BE WHEELED INTO THE
 ALLEY FOR PICK UP.
  
 33. THE LARGE FORMAT PLANS OF THE SITE LIGHTING PLANS
 WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE.
  
 34. THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE APPROVED DSI LIGHTING CONDITIONS.
