 PREVIOUS SUBMITTALS. PLEASE CLARIFY THE AREAS AND THE
 REASON FOR THE DIFFERENCE. LATEST GROSS AREA SHOWS
 ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE THAT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM FAR
 PERMITTED ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS CALCULATIONS. ALSO
 SHEET A-1.3 DOES NOT MATCH THE SQUARE FOOTAGE REFLECTED
 ON OTHER CALCULATIONS
 2. THE OPEN SPACE CALCULATION HAS ALSO CHANGED. PLEASE
 SUBMIT A LEGIBLE DRAWINGS INDICATING THE AREAS COUNTED
 FOR EACH OPEN SPACE CATEGORY AND THE CORRESPONDING DATA
 TABLE. AREAS WITHIN THE REQUIRED SETBACK CANNOT BE
 COUNTED AS PART OF THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE.
 3.BRIDGE ELEVATION ON SHEET A-3.1 IS NOT CONSISTEN WITH
 BRIDGE DETAIL ON SHEET A-1.5B. COLUMNS SHALL BE SETBACK
 12' FROM THE BACK OF CURB. BRIDGE CLEARANCE IS ALSO
 DIFFERENT.
 4. ON CIVIL DRAWINGS, SECTIONS FOR DIXIE HWAY (SHEET
 C-07) SHOW BUILDING SETBACKS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM 16'
 REQUIRED FROM THE BACK OF CURB. PLEASE REVIEW AND
 CORRECT AS APPROPRIATE.
 5. PLEASE SHOW PROPERTY LINES ON ALL ELEVATIONS AND
 FLOOR PLANS.
 6. CANOPIES MAXIMUM HORIZONTAL ENCROACHMENT INTO
 REQUIRED SETBACK IS 5 FEET. IT SEEMS THE PROPOSED
 CANOPY AT THE SE CORNER OF PHASE I IS MORE THAN THE
 MAXIMUM ALLOWED. PLEASE ADJUST.
 7. RESPONSE LETTER INDICATE THE TRAFFIC CALMING DEVICE
 ON 6TH STREET WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN
 ALTERNATE TRAFFIC CALMING FEATURE. PLEASE INDICATE WHAT
 THAT ALTERNATE DEVICE WOULD BE. CITY COMMISSION
 APPROVAL WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE
 EXISTING TRAFFIC CALMING.
 8. PLEASE CONFIRM THE BT AND GAS UTILITY LINE LOCATED
 UNDER THE TREES ON 6TH STREET WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM FOR
 THE TREE OR THE FUTURE REPAIR OF THE LINES.
