 FORMAT OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (JUNE 30, 2013), THE CASE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PLEASE SUBMIT ALL DRAWINGS IN .PDF FORMAT.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF THE METAL AWNING. YOU MAY USE
 THE DETAILS FROM THE BUILDING PERMIT AS STAFF HAS
 REVIEWED THE PERMIT AND THE METAL AWNING IS ACCEPTABLE.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIGN MAY NOT BE INSTALLED ON TOP
 OF THE METAL AWNING, BUT IT MAY ONLY BE MOUNTED TO THE
 BUILDING FACADE.
  
 3) THE NEW SIDEWALK, AS PROPOSED, ON THE EAST SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING INCLUDING THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 DISABLED PARKING SPACES, IS NOT APPROVED. FULL DETAILS
 ON HOW THE SIDEWALK WILL FUNCTION, INCLUDING
 DIMENSIONS, ARE REQUIRED. ADDITIONALLY, A FULLY
 COMPLIANT ACCESSIBLE ROUTE, WITH DIMENSIONS, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AND PLANS SHOWING SUCH SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH
 THIS PERMIT. THE ROUTE INCLUDED WITH THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT IS NOT FULLY COMPLIANT. FURTHER, THE PLANS
 SUBMITTED WITH THE MINOR AMENDMENT OVERLAY THE PROPOSED
 ROUTE OVER THE EXISTING SURVEY. THE PLANS NEED TO SHOW
 THE FINAL CONFIGURATION. - THERE ARE BOLLARDS SHOWN IN
 THE WALK WAY AND THERE ARE PLANTERS WHICH BLOCK THE
 PATH THAT ARE NOT SHOWN BY THE ELEVATOR ENTRANCE DOORS.
  
 4) THE BUILDING DIVISION REVIEWER HAS INDICATED THAT 36
 INCHES IS NOT AN ADEQUATE WIDTH FOR THE ACCESSIBLE WALK
 WAY. PLANNING STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE WALK BE A
 MINIMUM OF SIX (6) FEET IN WIDTH TO ALLOW ADEQUATE ROOM
 FOR TWO PEOPLE WITH BAGS CONTAINING WORKOUT GEAR TO
 PASS EACH OTHER WITHOUT FORCING ONE OF THE PEOPLE INTO
 THE VEHICLE TRAVEL LANE.
  
 5) THE CITY FOLLOWS FDOT LANE WIDTH STANDARDS. THE
 MINIMUM LANE WIDTH THAT FDOT RECOMMENDS IS 10 FEET
 WIDE. THE CURB TO CURB MEASURE OF THE TWO TRAVEL LANES
 NORTH OF THE OFFICE TOWER IS 21 FEET. ANY WALKWAY WILL
 REDUCE THE WIDTH OF THE AISLES TO LESS THAN 10 FEET IN
 WIDTH. PLEASE SHOW HOW ADEQUATE LANE WIDTH WILL BE
 MAINTAINED.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THE WALKWAY WILL BE LIGHTED AND
 WHAT ADDITIONAL SECURITY PROCEDURES WILL BE IN PLACE.
 THIS AREA IS ISOLATED AT NIGHT AND ON WEEKENDS WHEN THE
 OFFICE TOWER IS CLOSED WITH NO NATURAL SURVEILLANCE
 FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF CITYPLACE.
  
 7) PLEASE NOTE THAT NOW THAT THE TRANSFORMER AREA IS A
 PUBLICLY ACCESSED AREA, PLEASE SHOW HOW THE MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 REQUIREMENT FROM THE CITYPLACE DRI THAT ALL GROUND
 LEVEL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
 TO SUCH ITEMS AS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITY SERVICE
 CONNECTIONS; HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING
 SYSTEMS; COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES; AND RELATED EQUIPMENT,
 SHALL BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW THROUGH ANY
 COMBINATION OF LANDSCAPING, WALLS AND EQUIPMENT
 LOCATION.
