 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. A REVISED TRAFFIC LETTER SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM PALM
 BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC DIVISION.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE ADDRESS LIST AND MAP
 FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER?S OFFICE
 FOR ALL PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 400 FEET OF THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED/NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT (SEE
 PAGE 20 OF THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION) REGARDING THE
 MAILING LIST REFERENCED ABOVE.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE WARRANTY DEED.
  
 5. THE FLOOR PLANS PROVIDED SHOW AN ADDITIONAL 5,802
 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE SPACE; THE SITE PLAN,
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT, ETC. REFLECT 5,867 SQUARE
 FEET. PLEASE CLARIFY, AND ENSURE THAT ALL
 PLANS/DOCUMENTS ARE CONSISTENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE SITE
 PLAN SHOWS AN INCREASE IN GROSS BUILDING AREA OF 6,082,
 WHICH DIFFERS FROM ALL OTHER NOTATIONS.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A LINE ITEM THAT INDICATES THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF ARTIFICIAL TURF, AND ENSURE THAT THIS IS
 CALCULATED INTO THE IMPERVIOUS AREA. ADDITIONALLY,
 SPECIFICATIONS WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED AS PART OF
 PERMITTING INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-451 OF
 THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 7. PLEASE CLARIFY HOW THE PERVIOUS HARDSCAPE MATERIAL
 HAS BEEN REDUCED.
  
 8. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT IS PROPOSED ON THE NEW CONCRETE
 SLAB NORTH OF THE EXISTING CAFETERIA BUILDING.
  
 9. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POTTED PALMS DO NOT COUNT AS
 LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 10. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 11. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TREE SURVEY SHOWS THE TWO (2)
 TREES NORTH OF THE CAFETERIA AS "TO REMAIN" WHILE THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS INDICATE THERE ARE TO BE REMOVED.
  
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILED LANDSCAPE PLANS OF THE
 OVERALL SITE WITH ACCURATE QUANTITIES, ETC. THE REVISED
 PLANS SHOULD SIMPLY BE A MODIFICATION TO THOSE DETAILED
 PLANS THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN SUBMITTED/APPROVED.
  
 13. PLEASE ADJUST ALL LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS BASED UPON
 THE "REQUIRED OPEN SPACE" OF THE UPLAND AREA.
  
 14. PLEASE REVIEW THE CONFIGURATION OF THE
 NEW/RELOCATED ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AT THE END OF
 THE PENINSULA. IT APPEARS THAT BACKING OUT OF THIS
 SPACE MAY CONFLICT WITH THE ADJACENT SPACE.
  
 15. PLEASE NOTE THAT CITY STAFF HAS CONCERNS WITH THE
 LOSS OF 20 PARKING SPACES AT THE FAR SOUTH END OF THE
 PROPERTY FOR "TEMPORARY" WORK AREA. AS PARKING ISSUES
 HAVE BEEN RAISED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, THE LOSS OF
 THESE SPACES WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASED IMPACT.
 ADDITIONALLY, WHEN THESE SPACES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR
 USE, THE PROPERTY DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 15 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.

 PLANNING BOARD AGENDA, ALL COMMENTS SHALL BE
 SATISFACTORILY ADDRESSED. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL REVISED
 DOCUMENTS/PLANS NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 19, 2013.
  
 G) TO BE PLACED ON THE MAY 21, 2013 PLANNING BOARD
 AGENDA, SIGNS SHALL BE POSTED ON THE PROPERTY NO LATER
 THAN MAY 6, 2013. SIGNAGE SHALL CONFORM AND BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AS ALSO PROVIDED IN
 THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION. A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED
 AFFIDAVIT SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE DEADLINE REFERENCED
 ABOVE.
