 1. WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 ALL DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
 NOTE THAT RESUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 B. TEN (10) SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY
 (11IN X 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 D. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)

 THE OUTCOME OF THE MEETING AND ANY ISSUES THAT MAY NEED
 TO BE ADDRESSED BY THE APPLICANT.
  
  
 SITE PLAN:
  
 1. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO CONSIDER LOCATING THE
 BUILDING CLOSER TO SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY, PROVIDING FOR A
 LESSENED SETBACK TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, CREATING
 AN OUTDOOR PATIO/PLAZA TYPE OF SPACE, WHICH
 INCORPORATES THE PROPOSED OUTDOOR SEATING.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO PROVIDE A FORM OF
 PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIVITY ALONG THE EASTERN/REAR PORTION
 OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 3. PLEASE CORRECT THE SITE DATA TO REFLECT THE PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS TO READ ONE PARKING SPOT PER THREE SEATS
 (1:3).
  
 4. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO ALIGN THE FRONT
 PORTION OF THE SIDEWALK, WHICH CONNECTS THE FRONT
 ENTRANCE DOOR TO THE RIGHT OF WAY SIDEWALK, TO BE
 ALIGNED IN A MANNER WHICH PROVIDES FOR A STRAIGHT PATH.
  
 5. THE ADA PARKING SPACE DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 LENGTH REQUIREMENTS DUE TO THE PROPOSED ANGLED LAYOUT.
 THE CURRENT LENGTH PROPOSAL WOULD ONLY MEET CODE IF THE
 PARKING LAYOUT WAS AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE. PLEASE
 RECONFIGURE.
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 1. PLEASE INCLUDE LANDSCAPE DATA DEMONSTRATING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 ? ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 CITY?S LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 LANDSCAPING (PREFERABLY NATIVE SHADE OR DECORATIVE
 TREES) ALONG THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY WHERE ONLY SOD
 IS BEING PROPOSED.
  
 3. PLEASE BE ADVISED; THE PROPOSED REMOVAL OF EXISTING
 LANDSCAPING (CABBAGE AND COCONUT PALMS) REQUIRES A
 SEPARATE TREE REMOVAL PERMIT.
  
 4. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-445, THE REQUIRED
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES REQUIRES A
 MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET OF CLEAR TRUNK SPACE. PLEASE
 REVISE THE PLANT SCHEDULE FOR THE EAST PALATKA HOLLY,
 ORANGE GEIGER TREE AND BUTTONWOOD.
  
 5. PLEASE REVISE THE PLANT SCHEDULE FOR THE VARIEGATED
 SCHEFFLERA TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
  
 ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS/SIGNAGE:
  
 1. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO PROVIDE A FA?ADE
 TREATMENT ALONG THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. STAFF
 RECOMMENDS THE APPLICANT CONSIDER A FORM OF
 ENHANCEMENT, CONSISTING OF A PERGOLA, TERRACE OR
 CANOPY, PROVIDING FENESTRATION TO THE FRONT FA?ADE.
 (PLEASE SEE COMMENT #1 UNDER SITE PLAN)
  
 2. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 DETAILS PERTAINING TO THE SIGNAGE DEPICTED ON THE
 BUILDING (SHEETS A-2 AND A-3). PLEASE PROVIDE A UNIFIED
 SIGNAGE PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 94, ARTICLE
 XIII OF THE CITY?S LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE INCLUDING,
 SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS FOR ALL OF THE PROPOSED
 SIGNAGE, METHOD OF ILLUMINATION, ETC. ALSO, THE PLANS
 INDICATE EXISTING FREESTANDING SIGNAGE TO BE REMOVED
 HOWEVER, DOES NOT DEPICT AN AREA FOR NEW FREESTANDING
 SIGNAGE TO BE LOCATED ONSITE. WILL THE SITE PROPOSE A
 FREESTANDING SIGN ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY?
  
 3. PLEASE INCLUDE ADDITIONAL NOTES TO THE ELEVATIONS
 WHICH LABEL THE NORTH, SOUTH, AND EAST & WEST.
