 (6) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (MARCH 9, 2013), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($300).
  
 1) THE 16 NEW PARKING SPACES ARE NOT SHOWN CORRECTLY ON
 THE SITE & LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE DIMENSION LINE, THE
 INTERIOR ISLAND, AND THE PARKING SPACE DIVIDER LINES
 SHALL BE EXTENDED TO THE DASHED LINE.
  
 2) A D-CURB IS REQUIRED ON THE TWO END SPACES OF THE
 NEW 16 SPACE PARKING BAY TO PROTECT THE LANDSCAPE.
  
 3) CURBING IS REQUIRED TO PROTECT THE LANDSCAPE FOR THE
 TEMPORARY VAN PARKING AREA.
  
 4) THE SCALE AT THE TEMPORARY VAN PARKING SEEMS TO NOT
 MATCH THE DIMENSION DEPTH. HOW ARE THE REGULAR PARKING
 SPACES IN LINE WITH THE NEW 19 FOOT VAN SPACES?
  
 5) AN UPDATED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) THE MASTER PLAN PARKING TABLE SHALL REFLECT THAT THE
 MORSE GERIATRIC CENTER BUILDING REQUIRES 30 PARKING
 SPACES (BASED ON THE 9,000 SQ. FT. OF OFFICE AREA) NOT
 23 AS SHOWN. THIS IS A COMMENT THAT WAS NOT ADDRESSED
 CORRECTLY FROM THE HOME HEALTH CARE APPLICATION.
  
 7) THE ARCHITECTURAL PLAN AND THE SITE/LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOW DIFFERING CONDITIONS IN THE PORTE COCHERE AND
 ENTRY DRIVE ISLAND.
  
 8) IS THE ENTRY PORTE COCHERE BEING MODIFIED? IF SO
 PLEASE PROVIDE ELEVATION DRAWINGS TO VERIFY THAT THE
 NEW DESIGN COMPLIES WITH THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR
 EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
