 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 DIMENSIONS, AND SHALL CONFORM TO THE CITY'S MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2. THE CONFIGURATION AND RADIUS OF ONE OF THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS IS SHOWN DIFFERENTLY ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 3. THE OPEN SPACE PROVIDED SHOULD BE 82%, NOT 83%.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING
 DOES NOT MATCH THAT SHWON ON THE ELEVATION,
 SPECIFICALLY THE # OF PALM CLUSTERS.
  
 5. WHAT IS PROPOSED TO HAPPEN WITH THE UNDERGROUND PIPE
 LEADING FROM THE CATCH BASIN. IT IS SHOWN AS EXTENDING
 UNDERNEATH A PROPOSED TREE. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6. THERE SHOULD BE 15 REQUIRED SHADE/FLOWERING TREES.
  
 7. IS THE CATCH BASIN TO REMAIN IN THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND?
  
 8. IF YOU HAVE 33 SHADE/FLOWERING TREES, AND YOU ONLY
 NEED 15, THEN NONE OF THEM ARE BEING SUBSTITUTED WITH
 PALMS.
  
 9. TREES SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 8 FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 10. THERE SHOULD BE 12 REQUIRED SHADE TREES.
  
 11. THERE SHOULD BE 3 REQUIRED FLOWERING TREES.
  
 12. THERE SHOULD BE 40 REQUIRED SHRUBS.
  
 13. THERE SHOULD BE 19,967.904 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN
 SPACE REQUIRED (40% OF THE LOT).
  
 14. THE DUMPSTER TRUCK SHALL NOT CROSS OVER THE
 PROPOSED CURB.
  
 15. THE DUMPSTER TRUCK SHOWN ON THE AUTO-TURN DRAWING
 NEEDS TO LINE UP WITH THE ENCLOSURE.

 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
