 SUCH PLANS WILL BE REVIEWED AT PERMITTING AT SHALL

 9. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE LETTERS ON THE
 PROPOSED WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS. ALL SIGNS SHALL CONFORM TO
 THE REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NO. 3844-05,
 LETTER HEIGHT SHALL NOT EXCEED 2?6? (OVERALL SIGN
 HEIGHT CONFORMS TO THE REQUIREMENTS).
  
 10. THE DETAIL OF THE MONUMENT SIGN SHOWN ON SHEET PA4
 IS TOO LARGE FOR THAT AREA SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 11. THE FREESTANDING SIGN SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET
 FROM ANOTHER LOT.
  
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE, AS WELL AS A DETAIL. ALL DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES
 SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM CRITERIA PROVIDED IN SECTION
 94-444(B) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE A PARKING STRIPING DETAIL (INCLUDING
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES). ALL STRIPING SHALL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS IN ARTICLE XV OF THE ZLDRS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 STRIPING OF THE PARKING SPACES (WITH EXCEPTION TO THOSE
 AREAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCESSIBLE SPACES) SHALL BE
 WHITE IN COLOR, NOT YELLOW.
  
 14. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED BIKE RACK.
  
 15. PLEASE PROVIDE A HEIGHT AND/OR DETAIL OF THE
 PROPOSED SCREEN WALL ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
  
 16. THE DRIVE AISLE FOR THE PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING NEEDS TO BE A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 17. THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ON THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE MINIMUM
 DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS. ACCESSIBLE SPACES ARE TO BE
 12 FEET IN WIDTH WITH A 5 FOOT ACCESS AISLE.
  
 18. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED
 LOADING ZONE. IT IS LISTED ON THE SITE KEY NOTES, BUT
 IS NOT LABELED ON THE PLAN.
  
 19. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT AREAS
 SHOWN AS BEING MULCH (IE TERMINAL ISLANDS IN THE
 PARKING ROWS, ETC.). THESE SEEM TO BE PRETTY
 SIGNIFICANT IN SIZE. PLEASE CONSIDER SOME TYPE OF
 GROUNDCOVER, ETC.
  
 20. IF THE SPACE PERMITS, ADDITIONAL TREE NEED TO BE
 PLACED AT THE SOUTH END OF EACH PARKING ROW IN THE
 ISLANDS PROVIDED.
  
 21. BE SURE THE LANDSCAPE DATA TABLE INDICATES ALL
 STATISTICAL INFORMATION TO SATISFY ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDRS. FOR EXAMPLE?
  
 A. 1 SHADE TREE FOR EACH 1,600 SQ. FT. OF OPEN SPACE
 B. 1 FLOWERING TREE FOR EACH 6,400 SQ. FT. OF OPEN
 SPACE

 22. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY A MAXIMUM OF 35% OF THE
 REQUIRED SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES MAY BE SUBSTITUTED
 WITH PALMS. PLEASE PROVIDE A CALCULATION INDICATING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH. IF SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES ARE
 BEING SUBSTITUTED WITH PALMS, THEY SHALL BE DONE AT A
 RATIO OF 2 PALM TREES FOR EACH SHADE/FLOWERING TREE,
 UNLESS IT IS A ROYAL PALM OR SUCKERING PALM SUCH AS

 IF A SUBSTITUTION IS MADE, PALMS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE

 23. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PLANTING DETAIL CONFORM TO
 THAT SHOWN IN THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 24. PLEASE NOTE THAT PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B)(4)
 OF THE ZLDRS, A SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OF BUFFER. IT DOES NOT
 APPEAR THAT THE NORTH OR SOUTH PROPERTY LINES CONFORM
 TO THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 25. PLEASE NOTE ON THE PLANS THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS
 WILL BE FULLY IRRIGATED WITH AN AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM, AND THAT SUCH WILL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120%
 COVERAGE. PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 94-445(4)(G) OF THE
 ZLDRS.
  
 26. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT IS BEING DONE WITH THE EXISTING
 CATCH BASINS, ETC. IT APPEARS THAT THEY WILL BE LOCATED
 IN AREAS OF FUTURE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. IF THEY ARE TO
 REMAIN, PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES ON THE SITE/LANDSCAPE
 PLANS TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS.
  
 27. IS IT POSSIBLE TO INCORPORATE FOUNDATION PLANTING
 AROUND ANY OF THE OTHER SIDES OF THE BUILDING?
  
 28. PURSUANT TO AN EMAIL I HAD SENT ON JULY 26, 2012,
 COMMENTING ON THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT?
  
 A. IS THERE ANY WAY TO DO CANVAS AWNING AS OPPOSED TO
 METAL AWNINGS? THIS WOULD FIT INTO THE CHARACTER OF THE
 OTHER BUILDINGS IN THE DEVELOPMENT. ADDITIONALLY, CAN
 AWNINGS BE ADDED OVER THE DOORS ON THE EAST ELEVATION?
  
 29. IS IT POSSIBLE TO INCLUDE LANDSCAPING IN THE
 COLORED RENDERINGS TO SHOW THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PLAN AND THE BUILDING ELEVATIONS?
