 2. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND STORM WATER POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN REQUIRED WITH ENGINEERING PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
 3. NO DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED. CALCULATIONS WILL
 BE NEEDED WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
 4. NO ENGINEERING PLANS PROVIDED OTHER THAN ENGINEERING
 SITE PLAN.
 5. AVOID LOCATING TREES ADJACENT TO UNDERGROUND UTILITY
 LINES.
 6. OAK TREES NEAR YARD DRAINS WILL RESULT IN
 LEAVES/ACORNS ACCUMULATING IN/ON YARD DRAIN.
 7. EXISTING CURB INLET ON TAMARIND AVE, POINT OF

 DEPENDING ON CURRENT CONDITION OF THE INLET.

 FURTHER NORTH AND CLOSER TO INLET TO AVOID THE BREAK IN

 TO BE ABANDONED. SURVEY INDICATES DOUGLAS AVE ROW QUIT
 CLAIMED TO PALM BEACH HOUSING AUTHORITY.
 10. NO SIDEWALK PROPOSED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF GRANT
 STREET ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE?
