 - TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE MODIFIED ACCORDING TO
 NEW LANDSCAPE PLANT.

 SPACE IS DEFINED AS AN IMPROVED OUTDOOR AREA OPEN TO
 THE SKY.
 - PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH

 WITHIN THE REQUIRED SETBACK ALONG HIBISCUS ST.
 - FURTHER DISCUSSION WILL BE NECESSARY WITH STAFF TO
 COORDINATE THE EXACT CONFIGURATION OF THE CURB AND THE
 SELECTION FOR PLANT MATERIAL. IT SEEMS PROPOSED PROJECT
 IS MOVING THE CURB TOWARDS THE CENTER OF THE ROAD.
  
 OFF SITE PARKING:
 - OFF SITE PARKING WILL REQUIRE DAC APPROVAL
 - SURFACE PARKING LOTS REQUIRE A FIVE FEET LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER AROUNG THE ENTIRE SURFACE PARKING LOT.
 - FIVE FEET TREE ISLANDS ARE REQUIRED EVERY 10 PARKING
 SPACES.
 - ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED THROUGH GARDENIA STREET.
 - A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT FOR THE NEW SURFACE PARKING
 LOT SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
 - DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDING IS NOT PERMITTED
 UNDER THE CURRENT DMP REGULATIONS. DAC APPROVAL FOR
 DEMOLITION WILL BE NECESSARY.
 - SURFACE PARKING LOTS ALONG PRIMARY STREETS ARE NOT
 PERMITTED, DIXIE HWAY IS A PRIMARY STREET.
 - WHEEL STOPS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARKING SPACES.
