 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (JANUARY 14, 2013),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT FPL HAS RELEASED
 EASEMENT RECORDED IN OR BK 2193, PG 144 (ONE OF THE
 LETTERS PROVIDED FROM FPL OUTLINES THE PROCESS, BUT NO
 FINAL RELEASE INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED).
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE 10 FOOT
 EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8,
 PAGE 55 HAS BEEN RELEASED BY ALL PUBLIC UTILITY
 HOLDERS.
  
 3) THE PLAT WAS NOT PROVIDED IN .PDF FORMAT.
  
 4) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN
 ORDINANCE NO. 4245-09 STILL APPLY TO DEVELOPMENT OF
