 A REQUEST BY BRETT BOKATH, OF ATKINS NORTH AMERICA,
 INC., ON BEHALF OF CHICK-FIL-A, INC. FOR AN INFORMAL
 SITE PLAN REVIEW TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITIONAL ORDERING
 POINT ASSOCIATED WITH THE EXISTING DRIVE THRU
 RESTAURANT.

 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 1. WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 ALL DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
 NOTE THAT RESUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 B. 10 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 D. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT SHOULD MEET WITH THE APPROPRIATE
 DISTRICT COMMISSIONER TO INFORM THEM OF THE PROPOSED
 REVISIONS TO THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT AS PART OF THE
 REVIEW PROCESS AND NOTIFY PLANNING STAFF OF THE OUTCOME
 OF THE MEETING AND ANY ISSUES THAT MAY NEED TO BE
 ADDRESSED BY THE APPLICANT.
  
 SITE PLAN:
  
 4. SHEET C-2.0 - SITE NOTES: SITE PLAN, INCLUDES THE
 SITE DATA NOTE #4 WHICH INDICATES THE INCORRECT ZONING
 DESIGNATION FOR THE PROPERTY. PLEASE AMEND THE NOTE TO
 READ, GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) RATHER THAN THE EXISTING
 COMMUNITY BUSINESS (C1).
  
 5. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO PROVIDE A TRAFFIC
 CIRCULATION PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY. PLANNING STAFF IS
 CONCERNED REGARDING THE DRIVE THRU FUNCTIONALITY OF THE
 DUAL ORDERING POINT AND POTENTIAL INTERFERENCE WITH THE
 EXISTING CAR PARKING LAYOUT.
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 6. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE
 PLAN TO THE PLANNING DIVISION WHICH INCLUDES DATA AND
 CALCULATIONS OF THE EXISTING, PROPOSED AND/OR RELOCATED
 LANDSCAPING. PLEASE SEE CHAPTER 94 - ARTICLE XIV WITHIN
 THE CITY'S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
