 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (SEPTEMBER 11, 2012),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($200).
  
 1) THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY APPROVAL
 LETTER WAS NOT PROVIDED.
  
 2) THE UTILITY PROVIDER APPROVAL LETTERS WERE NOT
 PROVIDED.
  
 3) A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WAS NOT SUBMITTED FOR THE
 TREES BEING REMOVED AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION.
  
 4) THE WESTERN PERIMETER LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE
 PLANTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE
 XIV, LANDSCAPE, OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. THE REQUIRED FIVE (5) FOOT PLANTING STRIP
 SHALL NOT INCLUDE THE SIX (6) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT AND
 BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT BY A TYPE D
 CURB. THE WESTERN DRIVE AISLE MAY BE NARROWED TO 20
 FEET WIDE AS THERE IS NO PARKING AT THIS LOCATION TO
 ACCOMMODATE THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 5) PROVIDE LANDSCAPE DETAILS FOR THE ENTIRE SITE ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN WHICH EITHER VERIFIES THAT THE SITE
 MEETS THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE PLANTING REQUIREMENTS FOR
 THE AFFECTED AREA OF WORK AND THAT ALL THE MATERIAL
 REQUIRED BY THE CURRENT LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVED BY
 PERMIT NO. 97012222 IS STILL IN PLACE, OR WILL BE
 REPLACED. A COPY OF THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL BE
 PROVIDED AT THE PPRC MEETING. PLEASE NOTE THAT A SITE
 VISIT VERIFIED THAT THERE IS MISSING LANDSCAPE.
  
 6) PROVIDE WRITTEN VERIFICATION FROM THE CITY'S
 SANITATION DEPARTMENT THAT THE DUMPSTER AREA CAN STILL
 BE SUFFICIENTLY ACCESSED WITH THE RECONFIGURED DRIVE
 AISLE. THE CURRENT CONFIGURATION ALLOWS A STRAIGHT
 ENTRY TO THE GATES, WHICH IS NOT MAINTAINED UNDER THE
 PROPOSED PLAN.
  
 7) THE ADA SPACES ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING APPEAR TO
 HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO OVERHANG THE CURB BY TWO (2) FEET
 WITH A 16 FOOT PAVED DEPTH IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE 24
 FOOT DRIVE AISLE WIDTH. THE PLANS SHOW THE ADA ACCESS
 AREA AND THE PARKING SPACE EXTENDING INTO THE DRIVE
 AISLE. THIS SHALL NOT OCCUR.
  
 8) AS CAN BE SEEN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVED AS
 PART OF PERMIT NO. 97012222, THE ORIGINAL DESIGN OF THE
 PARKING WAS TO UTILIZE THE TWO (2) FOOT PARKING SPACE
 OVERHANG OPTION. THE SUBMITTED PLANS SHOW THE PARKING
 LOT STRIPPING TOO LONG AND EXTENDING INTO THE CODE
 REQUIRED 24 FOOT WIDE DRIVE AISLE. THE PLANS AND THE
 PARKING LOT SHALL REFLECT THE CORRECT 16 FOOT PARKING
 SPACE PAVEMENT DEPTH AND 24 FOOT WIDE DRIVE AISLES.
  
 9) UPDATED PARKING SPACE DETAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON
 THE PLANS TO SHOW THE ACCURATE CONDITIONS.
  
 10) PROVIDE AN ELEVATION DRAWING OF THE TRAILER. WILL
 IT BE ELEVATED? WHAT IS THE HEIGHT? WHAT TYPE OF AC AND
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AND HOW WILL THIS
 BE SCREENED?
  
 11) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE PROVIDED UPON THE
 SUBMITTAL OF THE REVISED PLANS.
  
 12) THE TRAILER LOCATED ON THE SITE IS IN VIOLATION OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND SHALL
 BE REMOVED BY JULY 13, 2012. FAILURE TO REMOVE THE
 TRAILER WILL RESULT IN THE INITIATION OF CODE
 ENFORCEMENT ACTION.
