 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TEN
 (10) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 JUNE 22, 2012, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE JULY 17, 2012
 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS/THE PPRC MEETING
 (AUGUST 22, 2012), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINANCE NO.
 4357-11.
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER APPROVING THE NEW VEHICLE
 TRIPS.
  
 2) THE 7,000 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION WILL BE PROCESSED
 THROUGH THE FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. DETAILED
 SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS AND ELEVATIONS WILL BE
 REQUIRED WITH THE APPLICATION AND A DETAILED SITE
 REVIEW WILL BE PERFORMED AT THAT TIME. NOT IF TREES ARE
 TO BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 3) THE PARKING CALCULATIONS FOR THE MORSE GERIATRIC
 CENTER SHALL BE BROKEN OUT INTO EACH ELEMENT. IT
 APPEARS THAT THE PARKING "REQUIRED" IS UNDERSTATED AS
 IT DOES NOT FACTOR IN THE ENTIRE OFFICE SQUARE FOOTAGE.
 THERE STILL APPEARS TO BE EXCESS IN THE TOTAL PROVIDED
 PARKING.
  
 4) THE DAYCARE FACILITIES, ADULT, PARKING REQUIREMENT
 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS SHALL BE
 USED. THE REQUIRED 5 VISITOR SPACES ARE NOT INCLUDED ON
 THE PARKING TABLE.
  
 5) THE MASTER PLAN SHALL DESIGNATE THE LOCATION OF THE
 VAN PARKING. IT SHALL BE SCREENED FROM THE ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE VANS, SO THAT
 STAFF CAN VERIFY THE VANS WILL FIT IN THEIR INTENDED
 PARKING SPACES.
  
 7) THE LATEST PROPERTY APPRAISER AERIAL SHOWS THE
 MORSELIFE PARKING LOT FULL. THERE DO NOT APPEAR TO BE
 ENOUGH OPEN PARKING SPACES TO PARK AN ADDITIONAL 60
 EMPLOYEES, 5 GUESTS AND 15 VANS. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 8) STAFF ONLY COUNTS 299 PARKING SPACES DRAWN ON THE
 PLAN, NOT 306 SPACES AS LISTED PARKING TABLE. THE
 LATEST AERIAL SHOWS THAT THE 299 SPACES AS SHOWN ON THE
 PLAN ARE INCORRECT. THE AERIAL SHOWS A NUMBER OF ACCESS
 AISLES IN THE PARKING LOT WHICH ARE NOT REFLECTED ON
 PLAN. THIS WOULD REDUCE THE PARKING COUNT FURTHER.
 PARKING LOT INTERIOR AND TERMINAL ISLANDS ALSO APPEAR
 TO BE INCORRECTLY SHOWN. PLEASE CORRECT THE PARKING
 LAYOUT AND THE PARKING NUMBERS.
  
 9) WHERE IS THE OUTDOOR RECREATION AREA FOR THE PROGRAM
 PARTICIPANTS?
