 - PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TEN
 (10) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 JUNE 22, 2012, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE JULY 17, 2012
 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (AUGUST 13, 2012),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINANCE NO.
 4357-11.
  
 1) THE WAIVER FOR THE CHANGE TO LANDSCAPE ALONG
 PROPERTY LINE NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO DESIGN GUIDELINES.
  
 2) SPECIAL USES WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED BY THE CITY
 COMMISSION AS A MAJOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT.
 THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS DOES NOT REGULATE
 DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A PD.
  
 3) THE COMMERCIAL DESIGN ELEMENTS SHALL INCLUDE THAT
 THE BUILDINGS SHALL HAVE BOTH VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL
 SYMMETRY. THE ELEMENTS SHALL BE IN SCALE WITH THE
 BUILDING AND FENESTRATION SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 4) SIDEWALKS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE
 SECONDARY ENTRANCE DRIVE.
  
 5) STAFF WILL NOT SUPPORT TENANT SIGNAGE NOT ON THE
 TENANT BAY.
  
 6) THE CONCEPTUAL SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS WILL BE
 REVIEWED FOR FULL CODE COMPLIANCE AT TIME OF FORMAL
 SITE PLAN SUBMITTAL, BUT STAFF HAS NOTED THAT THE
 NORTHWEST DUMPSTER MAY BE DIFFICULT TO ACCESS WITH A
 GARBAGE TRUCK.
