2012-05-19 11:30:505/18/12/ FAILED. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS NEEDS TO BE
 CORRECTED:
  
 1. THE EAST DRIVE AISLE WIDTH MUST BE A MINIMUM WIDTH
 OF 20'4".
 2. SHOW THAT THERE IS ENOUGH BACKUP ROOM FOR THE LAST
 PARKING SPACE ON THE WEST SIDE IF CARS ARE STACKED IN
 THE DRIVE-THRU.
 3. THE SIZE OF THE OPENING OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 APPEARS TO BE DECREASING BY 6 FEET. APPROVAL FROM THE
 CITY'S PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT WILL REQURIED.

 4. IF SIGNAGE IS BEING CHANGED, A SIGN PACKET MUST BE
 SUBMITTED.
 5. ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWS THAT THERE SHOULD BE 3 CRAPE MYRTLES AND 2 GREEN
 BUTTONWOOD TREES. PLEASE PROVIDE VERTIFICATION THAT THE
 TREES ARE CURRENTLY PLANTED.
