 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 ALL DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
 NOTE THAT RESUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 B. 15 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.

 FOOTAGE IS 8,108, (POLLO TROPICAL, CHECKERS AND PIZZA
 HUT). PLUS THE ADDITIONAL 3,000 SQUARE FEET FOR THE
 RETAIL STORE. REVISE THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC
 LETTER ACCORDINGLY.

 BICYCLE RACK(S) SHALL COMPLY WITH THE DESIGN STANDARDS
 SET FORTH. A LINK OF ACCEPTABLE BICYCLE RACKS WITH
 DETAILS AND MINIMUM DIMENSIONS WILL BE PROVIDED VIA
 EMAIL FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
  
  
 17. PURSUANT TO THE RECENTLY APPROVED SIGNAGE PROGRAM,
 THE FREE-STANDING SIGN HAS TO BE A MINIMUM OF 100 FEET
 FROM ANOTHER EXISTING SIGN. SHOW DIMENSIONS FROM
 EXISTING FREE-STANDING SIGN TO THE EAST.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL: COMMENT STILL OUTSTANDING, THE FREE
 STANDING: PROVIDE A REVISED SHEET 2, REVISING ALLOWABLE

 INSTALLED IN A SOUND AND SKILLED MANNER ACCORDING TO
