 SYMBOL SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE OPEN END OF THE PARKING
 SPACE. A PARKING DETAIL WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE.

 A. PROVIDE BREAKDOWN OF PARKING PROVIDED AND REQUIRED.
 BASED ON THE SQUARE FOOTAGE, THE WESTWARD SHOPPING
 PLAZA HAS SHARED PARKING THROUGHOUT. IT EXCLUDED THIS
 OUTPARCEL SINCE IT WAS APPROVED AS A SEPARATE USE WHEN
 THE STARBUCKS PROJECT WAS APPROVED. HOWEVER, THE
 EXISTING 13 PARKING SPACES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 PROPOSED PROJECT HAVE BEEN RECONFIGURED TOWARDS THE
 INSIDE AREA, INCLUSIVE TO THIS PROJECT. THESE 13 SPACES
 CANNOT BE PART OF THE PROVIDED PARKING AS THEY ARE
 REQUIRED PARKING SPACES FOR THE SHOPPING CENTER UNDER
 THE SHARED PARKING PROVISION. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-484 (4) A., THE HANDICAP SPACE CANNOT BE COUNTED AS
 THE REQUIRED PARKING UNDER THIS PROVISION.
  
 PROVIDE SHARED PARKING DATA SUBMITTED BY ALDI FOOD
 MARKET PROJECT, SINCE THIS IS THE MOST RECENT SUBMITTAL
 AND ADD THE REQUIRED PARKING SEPARATELY FOR THE RETAIL
 STORE (VERIZON), 12 PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED PLUS 1
 ACCESSIBLE SPACE (ADA).

 BICYCLE RACK(S) SHALL COMPLY WITH THE DESIGN STANDARDS
 SET FORTH. A LINK OF ACCEPTABLE BICYCLE RACKS WITH
 DETAILS AND MINIMUM DIMENSIONS WILL BE PROVIDED VIA
 EMAIL FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
  
 16. PROVIDE DIMENSION OF DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE ON ALL
 SIDES. A MINIMUM OF 13?-8? WIDTH IS REQUIRED. SEE THE
 ZLDR, SECTION 94-44(B), FIGURE XIV-3.
  
 17. PURSUANT TO THE RECENTLY APPROVED SIGNAGE PROGRAM,
 THE FREE-STANDING SIGN HAS TO BE A MINIMUM OF 100 FEET
 FROM ANOTHER EXISTING SIGN. SHOW DIMENSIONS FROM
 EXISTING FREE-STANDING SIGN TO THE EAST.

 THE LOCATION IS NOT NOTED. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448,
 ANY REMOVAL OF EXISTING TREES REQUIRES A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT, INCLUDING JUSTIFICATION FOR REMOVAL.
 THE SITE IS VACANT, WHAT SHADE TREES ARE BEING REMOVED?

 AN APPLICATION FOR A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ,
 PLANNING DIVISION (APPLICATION ON PAGE 25).
  
 24. A SHADE TREE IS REQUIRED AT EVERY TERMINAL PARKING
 AISLE. PALM TREES ARE NOT ALLOWED. REVISE ACCORDINGLY
 THROUGHOUT THE SITE.
  
 25. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. PLEASE SHOW
 SOD IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WHERE APPLICABLE.
  
 26. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (B), PALM SPECIES
 PLANTED SHALL BE REASONABLY RESISTANT TO LETHAL
 YELLOWING DISEASE. WHENEVER THE CLUSTERING OF PALM
 TREES IS UTILIZED, A MINIMUM OF THREE PALM TREES PER
 CLUSTER SHALL BE REQUIRED. PALM TREES THAT ARE EXEMPT
 FROM THE SUBSTITUTION REQUIREMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION
 SUBSECTION 94-442 (C) ARE ALSO EXEMPT FROM THE
 CLUSTERING REQUIREMENT.
  
 27. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ELEMENTS ENUMERATED IN
 THIS SECTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS,
 GENERATORS AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THESE ITEMS AND THE MANNER IN
 WHICH THEY WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 28. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (4), THE APPLICANT
 FOR A TREE REMOVAL PERMIT SHALL BE REQUIRED TO RELOCATE
 OR REPLACE TREES TO BE REMOVED TO ALLOW PROPERTY USE,
 DEVELOPMENT, OR REDEVELOPMENT. RELOCATED TREES SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN A SOUND AND SKILLED MANNER ACCORDING TO
 ACCEPTED PLANTING PRACTICES AND SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. IF THE TREE IS TRANSPLANTED, IT SHALL BE MOVED BY
 THE PROPERTY OWNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL
 ARBORIST ASSOCIATION STANDARDS TO ANOTHER LOCATION
 WITHIN THE CITY AND MAINTAINED BY THE NEW PROPERTY
 OWNER.
  
 B. IF A TREE ON PUBLIC PROPERTY IS WILLFULLY DESTROYED
 BY ANYONE EXCEPT THE CITY FORESTER/ARBORIST, THE TREE
 MUST BE SUBSTITUTED WITH AN EQUIVALENT REPLACEMENT THAT
 IS APPROVED BY THE FORESTER/ARBORIST OR DESIGNER ON THE
 SITE FROM WHICH THE DESTROYED TREE WAS REMOVED.
  
 29. AN FPL TRANSFORMER IS SHOW ON SITE PLAN, BUT NOT ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. CONVERSELY, A BLACK SQUARE BOX IS
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS, BUT NOT ON THE SITE PLAN.
 REVISE PLANS TO CORRELATE WITH EACH OTHER. PROVIDE AN
 OVERLAY OF UTILITIES SUCH AS LIGHT POLES, TRANSFORMERS,
 ETC. TO SHOW THERE IS NO CONFLICT BETWEEN UTILITIES AND
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPING THROUGHOUT THE SITE. A
  
 30. SHEET L-2, LANDSCAPE DETAILS ARE NOT LEGIBLE, THEY
 ARE TOO SMALL. SOME PLANTING DETAILS ARE FADED. SHOW
 ROOT BALL DIAMETER DETAIL PURSUANT TO THE CITY
