2012-03-02 08:43:00JOSHUA MILLS & I NOTICED THAT THIS NEW VERIZON STORE
 WAS ROUGHLY GOING TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT WHERE THE
 DEMOLISHED MOBIL GAS STATION (2623 OKEECHOBEE BLVD) USE
 TO BE LOCATED AT WITHIN THE WESTWARD SHOPPING PLAZA
 (SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PCN# 74434319080000010). HOWEVER,
 2623 OKEECHOBEE BLVD WAS ALREADY IN USE, AS IT HAD BEEN
 REASSIGNED TO A LEASE SPACE OF OFFICE DEPOT (TO THE
 NORTH & IN THE REAR). THEREFORE, I DECIDED TO ASSIGN
 THIS PROSPECTIVE RETAIL STORE A COMPLETELY NEW
 SECONDARY ADDRESS AS 2615 OKEECHOBEE BLVD. I TOUCH
 BASED WITH THE ARCHITECT, HAROLD TUTTLE OF T.I.
 ARCHITECTURE, INC. TO RETRIEVE A DIGITAL VERSION OF THE
 SITE PLAN (561-860-2905 & [email protected]).
 THEN I CONVERTED THE .PDF SITE PLAN TO A .TIF FILE &
 GEOREFERENCED IT TO THE EXISTING GIS FEATURE CLASSES &
 AERIALS. SUBSEQUENTLY, I DIGITIZED THE NEW BUILDING
 LAYOUT BASED ON THE 60' X 50' DIMENSIONS FROM THE SITE
 PLAN INTO OUR GIS STRUCTURES FEATURE CLASS. AFTERWARDS,
 I SENT THE OFFICIAL E-MAIL NOTIFICATION OF THIS NEW
 SECONDARY ADDRESS OF 2615 OKEECHOBEE BLVD TO ALL OF THE
 RELEVANT PARTIES & RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITIES (PALM BEACH
 COUNTY, USPS, FPL, ETC.), SO THAT THEY WOULD BE AWARE
 OF IT & INCORPORATE THIS NEW ADDRESS INTO THEIR
 DATABASE SYSTEMS.
