| | ACCESS ROAD REQUIRE THE INSTALLATION PARKING LOT |
| | SCREENING IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(C)(2). THE |
| | STAFF SITE VISIT CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS LANDSCAPE |
| | MATERIAL TO THE SOUTH OF THE ACCESS ROAD, BUT THIS |
| | NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN SO THAT CODE |
| | COMPLIANCE CAN BE VERIFIED, AND SO THAT THE LANDSCAPE |
| | MATERIAL BECOMES PART OF THE RECORD DRAWINGS. THE |
| | SPECIES, AND FOR THE TREES AND PALMS THE NUMBER OF |
| | EACH, OF THE EXISTING VEGETATION IS TO BE SHOWN ON THE |
| | PLANS. |

| | 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE HIP ROOF ON THE NORTH ELEVATION |
| | SHALL BE CHANGED SO THAT IT IS NOT TRUNCATED ON THE |
| | REAR SIDE. THIS RESULTS IN AN UNACCEPTABLE ELEVATION. |
| | THE RENDERINGS PROVIDED TO STAFF DID NOT SHOW THE VIEW |
| | FROM EASTBOUND AND WESTBOUND OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, |
| | WHICH IS WHERE STAFF FEELS THAT THE TRUNCATED HIP ROOF |
| | WILL PRESENT AN UNDESIRABLE PROFILE. |
