 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TEN
 (10) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG AND
 .PDF FORMAT OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON
 THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON JANUARY
 20, 2012, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE FEBRUARY 15, 2012
 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (MARCH 11, 2012), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINANCE NO. 4357-11.
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE COPIES OF THE 50 FOOT WIDE
 INGRESS/EGRESS, UTILITY & DRAINAGE EASEMENT RECORDED IN
 P.B. 34, PG. 178 AND THE ACCESS EASEMENT IF FAVOR OF
 L.W.D.D. RECORDED IN O.R.B. 12461, PG. 1275.
  
 2) PROVIDE LETTERS OF NO OBJECTION TO THE PARKING,
 CURBING, ETC. IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE SOUTHERN ACCESS
 ROAD FROM THE EASEMENT HOLDERS.
  
 3) THE CITY REQUIRES THAT PARALLEL PARKING SPACES BE A
 MINIMUM OF 22 FEET IN LENGTH, NOT 20 AS SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 4) PROVIDE A PARALLEL PARKING SPACE DETAIL.
  
 5) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A GATE VALVE IN THE WESTERNMOST
 ACCESS ROAD PARKING - PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE ADA PARKING REQUIREMENTS ON THE PARKING
 TABLE.
  
 7) REDUCE THE WIDTH OF THE ADA ACCESS AISLE ON THE
 NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING B TO THE MINIMUM FIVE (5) FEET
 IN WIDTH AND PUTTING THE REMAINING THREE (3) FEET INTO
 THE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND ADJACENT TO THE ADA
 SPACES.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE BICYCLE PARKING SPACE CALCULATIONS ON
 THE PARKING TABLE. EIGHT SPACES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 SITE. THESE SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED FOR THE TWO (2)
 BUILDINGS.
  
 9) PROVIDE THE DETAILS, INCLUDING DIMENSIONS, FOR THE
 ACTUAL BICYCLE PADS WITH RACKS ON THE DETAIL SHEET AND
 THE SITE PLAN.
  
 10) PROVIDE THE CURB FACE TO CURB FACE DIMENSIONS FOR
 EACH PARKING BAY.
  
 11) THE LANDSCAPE AREA TO THE EAST OF BUILDING A HAS
 BEEN WIDENED. PLEASE CENTER THE NEW TREES IN THIS AREA
 SO THAT THEY HAVE MORE SPACE TO GROW AWAY FROM THE
 BUILDING.
  
 12) THE CODE COMPLIANCE CHART ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 LIST 206 PARKING SPACES WHILE THE PARKING TABLE ON THE
 SITE PLAN LISTS ONLY 205. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 13) THE SPACES THAT ARE DESIGNATED FOR STORAGE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AS A SEPARATE LINE ITEM IN THE PARKING TABLE
 AND NOT INCLUDED AS PROVIDED PARKING.
  
 14) THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE "STORAGE SPACES" SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH A PODOCARPUS HEDGE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
 A SCREEN FROM THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES TO THE SOUTH.
 ALTERNATIVELY, THE FENCE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF AN
 OPAQUE MATERIAL (NOT SLATS IN THE CHAIN LINK).
  
 15) THE NEW PARKING SPACES ALONG THE ACCESS ROAD
 REQUIRE THE INSTALLATION PARKING LOT SCREENING IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(C)(2).
  
 16) IT APPEARS ON THE ELEVATIONS THAT THE PARKING AREAS
 HAVE GARAGE DOORS. IF THESE ARE GARAGES, THEN THERE IS
 ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 17) THE HIP ROOF ON THE NORTH ELEVATION SHALL BE
 CHANGED SO THAT IT IS NOT TRUNCATED ON THE REAR SIDE.
 THIS RESULTS IN AN UNACCEPTABLE ELEVATION.
  
 18) PLEASE CONSIDER USING ARCHED INSTEAD OF CIRCULAR
 WINDOWS AS THEY ARE MORE COMPATIBLE WITH THE BUILDING
 STYLE. ADDITIONALLY, CIRCLE WINDOWS ARE TYPICALLY MORE
 EXPENSIVE TO INSTALL THAN OTHER WINDOWS.
  
 19) PLEASE SHOW HOW THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE
 SCREENED ON THE ROOF BY INCLUDING IT ON THE ELEVATIONS.
