 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. RE-SUBMITTAL MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. APPLICATION:
  
 A. PROVIDE TWO (2) SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEYS. ALSO
 SUBMIT THE SURVEY IN .PNG GRAPHIC FORMAT, AND TWO (2)
 SETS OF REDUCED PLANS (1 SET 8 " X 11" AND 1 SET 11" X
 17") SHALL BE PROVIDED. ADDITIONALLY, THE LEGAL
 DESCRIPTION SHALL BE PROVIDED IN MICROSOFT WORD, OR
 COMPATIBLE, FORMAT.
  
 B. JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT - REVISE "BACKGROUND"
 PARAGRAPH. THE TWO (2) STANDARD SPACES ARE NOT IN THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER, THEY ARE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER. REVISE THE PARKING COUNT REQUIRED AND PROVIDED
 BASED ON THE FINAL PARKING COUNT, ONCE ALL COMMENTS
 BELOW ARE ADDRESS AND FINAL RECONFIGURATION OF SITE
 PLAN IS PERFORMED.
  
 3. SITE DATA:
  
 A. PARKING SUMMARY OF REQUIRED PARKING STALLS IS 1 PER
 3 SEATS - 28 PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED, NOT 27.
 REVISE ACCORDINGLY. ALSO, REVISE THE "PARKING RATIO"
 UNDER "PROVIDED" IT IS NOT 2.1 SEATS. NOTE, THE PARKING
 COUNT ON THE PLANS IS 37 STANDARD AND 2 ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING STALLS?
  
 4. SHOW THE ANGLE OF THE PARKING SPACES, BASED ON THE
 ANGLE, PROVIDE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS FOR PARKING STALL AND
 AISLE WIDTH, PURSUANT TO THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"), SECTION 94-485(J)(2),
 FIGURE XV-2. PROVIDE PARKING DETAIL ON SITE PLAN.
  
 5. ENLARGE SITE LEGEND, SITE DATA AND DRIVE-THRU DETAIL
 TO BE LEGIBLE.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485(G):
  
 A. PROVIDE SIGNAGE TO CAUTION MERGING VEHICLES FROM THE
 SECOND DRIVE-THRU MENU BOARD (OUTER SIDE) TO "CAUTION
 MERGING TRAFFIC" FROM THE ONCOMING TRAFFIC FROM THE
 PRIMARY MENU BOARD (INNER BOARD, CLOSEST TO BUILDING).
 ALSO, IS THERE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT BAR ON THE OUTER MENU
 BOARD AREA? IF NOT, PROVIDE ONE.
  
 B. THERE IS CONFLICT WITH THE DUMPSTER LOCATION AND
 PROPOSED CURRENT CONFIGURATION TO ACCESS THE DUMPSTER.
 DUE TO THE SITE BEING ONE-WAY ON THE NORTH END OF THE
 PARKING AREA, THE SANITATION TRUCK HAS TO ENTER THROUGH
 THE SOUTH-END OF THE PARKING. THE NEW CONFIGURATION AND
 TIGHT ANGLE AROUND THE MENU BOARD AREAS ARE
 CONSTRICTING AND DO NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE MANEUVERING
 AREA FOR THE SANITATION TRUCK TO ACCESS DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE AREA. STAFF SUGGESTS REVISION OF DUMPSTER
 LOCATION TO A LESS CONSTRAINED AREA, SUCH AS THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SIDE. THERE IS EXCESS PARKING
 THEN REQUIRED, SO THIS CAN BE A POSSIBLE SOLUTION.
 PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS FURTHER OPTIONS, ETC.
 ALSO, SEE ENGINEERING COMMENTS ON BOTH THE BUILDING
 PERMIT 11100141 AND IN THE ENGINEERING REVIEW OF THIS
 MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 C. PROVIDE DETAIL OF DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE PURSUANT TO THE
 ZLDR, SECTION 94-444 AND FIGURE XIV-3.
  
 D. AT INGRESS-ACCESS DRIVE, ADD CURBING (CURRENTLY
 PROPOSED IN PAINTED STRIPPING) DIRECTING TRAFFIC TO
 ONE-WAY TO THE RIGHT OR ADD "DO NOT ENTER" OR U-TURN
 ONLY SIGN TOWARDS NORTH DIRECTION, TO AVOID TRAFFIC
 GOING THE WRONG WAY TOWARDS THE DRIVE-THRU AREA.
  
 7. PROVIDE DETECTABLE WARNING SURFACE WHERE ACCESS
 ROUTE FROM THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK ON 45TH STREET ENDS
 TOWARDS THE END OF THE PARKING STALL AT THE SOUTH-END
 AREA TO WARN PEDESTRIAN OF VEHICULAR AREA
 (DRIVE-AISLE).
  
 8. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485 A 10' X 25'
 LOADING SPACE IS REQUIRED.
  
 9. RECONFIGURE THE LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLAND AT THE
 SOUTH-WEST CORNER WHERE THERE IS A 90 DEGREE PARKING
 NEXT TO THE ANGLE PARKING TO ANGLE ALONG THE ANGLED
 PARKING. A TREE IS REQUIRED AT THE TERMINAL ISLAND
 AREA. THE CURBING SHALL EXTEND THE ENTIRE DEPTH/LENGTH
 OF THE PARKING STALL AND BE SODDED AND LANDSCAPED WITH
 A SHADE TREE. REVISE PARKING COUNT ON SITE PLAN AND
 LANDSCAPE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485 (Q), ONE(1)
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY 20
 AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACES, OR A FRACTION THEREOF,
 REQUIRED FOR THE USE. PROVIDE ENLARGED DETAIL OF THE
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES WITH DIMENSIONS TO MEET THE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT (PROVIDED TO LAND DESIGN SOUTH,
 BRIAN TERRY).
  
 11. SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS SHOWING REVISED SITE PLAN IMPROVEMENTS AND
 EXISTING/PROPOSED LANDSCAPING TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO
 CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING. ARE THERE ANY TREES TO BE
 RELOCATED/REMOVED? IF SO, SUBMIT FOR A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT ALONG WITH THE ASSOCIATED FEE, APPLICATION AND
 PLANS.
  
 12. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES ON SITE AND ON PARKING DETAIL. THE ADA PARKING
 STALL NEXT TO THE TERMINAL ISLAND SEEMS TO NOT MEET
 MINIMUM WIDTH REQUIREMENTS.
  
 13. ARE THERE WHEEL STOPS AT THE NORTH SIDE PARKING
 AREAS? PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF BUFFER WITH LANDSCAPING,
 IF THERE IS NO AVAILABLE AREA FOR VEHICLE OVERHANG OF 2
 FEET, THEN WHEEL STOPS WILL BE REQUIRED. LANDSCAPING
 SHALL NOT BE REDUCED OR COMPROMISED BY VEHICULAR
 OVERHANG. THE SAME COMMENT FOR THE TWO (2) PARKING
 SPACES ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER AREA. THERE IS MINIMAL
 SPACE FOR LANDSCAPING AND VEHICLE OVERHANG, USE WHEEL
 STOPS.
  
 14. ELEVATIONS - PROVIDE SIGNAGE BREAKDOWN OF FACADE
 VS. SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EACH SIGN. A MAXIMUM OF THREE (3)
 WALL MOUNTED SIGNS ARE ALLOWED ON THE ENTIRE BUILDING.
  
 15. BUILDING HEIGHT PROVIDE ON ELEVATION/ARCHITECTURAL
 SHEETS A2.0AND A2.1 DO NOT MATCH SHEET C-100, SITE DATA
 BUILDING HEIGHT. REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
