 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS
 (FEBRUARY 16, 2012), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE ADDITIONAL
 (1) RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) CONDITION FOR APPROVAL - THERE IS A 10 FOOT FPL
 EASEMENT WHICH CURRENTLY EXISTS BETWEEN BUILDINGS 5 &
 6. THE NEW BUILDING MAY NOT BE CONSTRUCTED OVER THE
 EASEMENT WITHOUT A RELEASE OF THE EASEMENT FROM FPL OR
 CONSENT FROM FPL THAT A BUILDING MAY BE CONSTRUCTED
 OVER THEIR EASEMENT.
  
 2) THE PLANS SHALL BE CHANGED TO REFLECT THAT A UNITY
 OF TITLE IS REQUIRED TO JOIN TRACTS D AND E. THE SURVEY
 COMMENTS INCLUDED A TYPO THAT THE UNITY OF TITLE WAS
 FOR TRACTS E AND F.
  
 3) PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SETBACK DIMENSIONS LISTED ON THE
 DATA TABLE FOR UNIFIED TRACTS D & E WITH THE ACTUAL
 PLAN CONDITIONS, ESPECIALLY THE REAR SETBACK
  
 4) THE BUILDING REVIEWER, LUIS MARTINEZ, REQUIRES
 ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATION OF THE RESPONSE TO HIS
 COMMENTS:
  
 A. EAST ELEVATION, CHECK YOUR ALLOWABLE OPENINGS PER
 TABLE 704.8, FLORIDA BUILDING CODE (FBC). - THE
 RESPONSE STATES THAT THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF FEET FROM
 THE EAST FACADE TO THE PROPERTY LINE. THIS IS INCORRECT
 AS THE BOUNDARY OF TRACT D IS 10 FEET FROM THE FACE OF
 THE BUILDING. PLEASE PROVIDE THE FACADE CALCULATIONS
 THAT THE ALLOWABLE OPENINGS MEET TABLE 704.8, FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE (FBC) AT THIS PORTION OF THE BUILDING.
 THE SOUTHERN PART FO THE BUILDING (ADJACENT TO TRACT E)
 IS ONLY FIVE (5) FEET, NOT TEN (10) FEET FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE FACADE CALCULATIONS THAT THE
 ALLOWABLE OPENINGS MEET TABLE 704.8, FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE (FBC) AT THIS PORTION OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AS WELL. THE ALLOWED PERCENTAGE OF OPENINGS
 MAY AFFECT THE DESIGN OF THE EAST FACADE OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 B. VERIFY YOUR TRAVEL DISTANCES AND EXITING
 REQUIREMENTS ARE COMPLIANT PER FBC CHAPTER 10. PLEASE
 SHOW ON THE PLANS THE PATH OF TRAVEL FOR THE NEW SUITE
 #8 TO SHOW THAT THE PROPOSED DOOR LOCATIONS ON THE EAST
 FACADE OF THE BUILDING COMPLY WITH FBC CHAPTER 10 (75
 FOOT TRAVEL DISTANCT). IF THE DOOR THAT EXITS GENERALLY
 TO THE WEST OF THE BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO BE AN EXIT
 DOOR, THEN THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE
 AMENDED TO SHOW A SIDEWALK FROM THE DOOR TO THE INTENAL
 SIDEWALK NETWORK WHICH THEN LEADS TO THE PUBLIC
