 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS
 (NOVEMBER 14, 2011), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THERE IS A 10 FOOT FPL EASEMENT WHICH CURRENTLY
 EXISTS BETWEEN BUILDINGS 5 & 6. THE NEW BUILDING MAY
 NOT BE CONSTRUCTED OVER THE EASEMENT WITHOUT A RELEASE
 OF THE EASEMENT FROM FPL OR CONSENT FROM FPL THAT A
 BUILDING MAY BE CONSTRUCTED OVER THEIR EASEMENT.
  
 2) A UNITY OF TITLE IS REQUIRED TO JOIN TRACTS D AND E.
  
 3) THE DATA TABLE AND PLANS NEED TO BE UPDATED TO
 REFLECT THE UNIFIED TRACTS D & E.
