 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FOUR
 (4) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS
 (FEBRUARY 14, 2012, THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE SCALE ON THE PLANS PROVIDES THAT THE SOUTHERN
 (ENTRY) DRIVEWAY WIDTH IS 19 FEET WITH A 2 FOOT
 CURB/GUTTER, NOT A 21 FOOT DRIVEWAY AS DRAWN ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 2) THE PLANS AND THE BOLLARD DETAILS WERE REVIEWED WITH
 THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT
 APPROVE THE USE OF BOLLARDS TO CHANNEL TRAFFIC. THE
 BOLLARDS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PLANS.
  
 3) STAFF SUGGESTS THAT THE WESTERN MOST BARRIER CONSIST
 OF TWO BARRIER ARM GATES TO SPAN THE ENTRY DRIVE. THE
 NORTHERN GATE WOULD OPEN FOR RESIDENTS WITH THE CARD
 READER AND THE SOUTH GATE WOULD ONLY OPEN IN TANDEM
 WITH THE NORTH GATE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ACCESS.
  
 4) THE PAVEMENT SHOULD BE PAINTED, WEST OF THE NEW
 BARRIER GATES, TO CHANNEL THE RESIDENTS TO THE NORTHERN
 GATE.
  
 5) THE KNOX BOX SHALL BE LOCATED EIGHT (8) FEET TO THE
 WEST OF THE NEW BARRIER GATE TO ALLOW THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT CONVENIENT USE.
  
 6) THE ABOVE COMMENTS SHALL BE REFLECTED ON THE PLANS.
