 SURVEYOR. IN ADDITION TO THE MINIMUM STANDARDS, THE
 ALTA/ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY SHALL ALSO PROVIDE THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
  
 A. VICINITY MAP SHOWING THE PROPERTY IN REFERENCE TO
 NEARBY HIGHWAYS OR MAJOR STREET INTERSECTIONS.
  
 B. GROSS LAND AREA (TO THE NEAREST ONE-HUNDREDTH
 (1/100) OF AN ACRE).
  
 C. SUBSTANTIAL, VISUAL IMPROVEMENTS (IN ADDITION TO
 BUILDINGS) SUCH AS BILLBOARDS, SIGNS, PARKING
 STRUCTURES, SWIMMING POOLS, ETC.
  
 D. PARKING AREAS AND, IF STRIPED, THE STRIPING AND TYPE
 (E.G. HANDICAPPED, MOTORCYCLE, REGULAR, ETC.) AND
 NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES.
  
 E. INDICATION OF ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY ON LAND SUCH AS
 CURB CUTS AND DRIVEWAYS, AND TO AND FROM WATERS
 ADJOINING THE SURVEYED TRACT, SUCH AS BOAT SLIPS,
 LAUNCHES, PIERS AND DOCKS.
  
 F. LOCATION OF UTILITIES AS DETERMINED BY OBSERVED
 EVIDENCE TOGETHER WITH EVIDENCE OBTAINED FROM UTILITY
 COMPANIES.
  
  THE ALTA/ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY SHALL BE WITHIN ONE
 (1) YEAR OLD AND ACCOMPANIED BY A CURRENT OWNERSHIP AND
 ENCUMBRANCE (O & E) REPORT, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE ALL
 EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, OR A CURRENT
 TITLE POLICY.
  
 6. TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS LETTER FROM PALM BEACH
 COUNTY NEEDS TO BE AMENDED TO REFLECT ACCURATE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE. FOR INSTANCE, THE 800SQ FOOTAGE OF STORAGE
 CANNOT INCLUDE THE POS, COOLER / FREEZER AND SMALL DELI
 TO THE SOUTH, SINCE THEY ARE CONSIDERED PART OF THE
 CONVENIENCE STORE USE.
  
 SITE PLAN:
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(B) : DISABLED PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 12 FEET WIDE AND 18 FEET
 LONG. PLAN SHOWS PARKING STALL ON SHEET 1 TO BE 16'-6"
 LONG.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(N) (2) : ALL PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE AT LEAST 8'-6" IN WIDTH AND 18". SHEET
 1: PLAN SHOWS THE PARKING STALL AT 16'-6" LONG (PARKING
 DETAIL IS ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE).
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-486, TABLE XV-6 : DRIVE THRU
 FACILITIES FOR USES PERMITTED AS SPECIAL USES SHALL
 HAVE ONE (1) PARKING SPACE PER EMPLOYEE FOR SHIFT WITH
 MOST EMPLOYEES. INDICATE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES BASED ON
 THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE. SHOW INFORMATION ON SITE DATA
 UNDER REQUIRED/PROVIDED PARKING SPACES.
  
 10. PROVIDE TWO-WAY DIRECTIONAL MARKING ON THE
 NORTHEAST CORNER (INGRESS/EGRESS TO PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485 FIGURE XV-2: DIMENSION
 OF AISLE WIDTH FOR TWO-WAY DIRECTION MOVEMENT REQUIRES
 A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET DRIVE AISLE. NORTHEAST CORNER
 SHOWS 17'-6" SETBACK. REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 12. PROVIDE DETAILS OF DIMENSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 DUMPSTER AND RECYCLING PAD THAT MEETS THE MINIMUM SIZE
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B), FIGURE XIV-3. DETAIL
 SHOWN ON SHEET 2 DEPICTS GATES AND SIZE THAT ARE NOT
 COMPLIANT.
  
 13. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(5) A AND B : PROVIDE
 TYPICAL DETAIL AND DIMENSIONS FOR WHEEL STOPS AND
 CURBING TO SHOW HOW LANDSCAPE AREAS WILL BE SEPARATED
 FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS. WHEEL STOPS SHOWN ON SHEET 1

 15. BASED ON COMMENT NUMBER 13, IF THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF THE CONVENIENCE STORE EXCEEDS THE 1,500 NET SQUARE
 FEET ALLOWED. AN AMENDMENT TO THE CLASS B WILL BE
 REQUIRED BY THE ZBA. THE PROPOSED DRIVE-THRU USE WILL
 ALSO REQUIRE AN AMENDMENT.
  
 16. EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS SHOW 3 SIGNS FOR DUNKIN DONUTS.
 THE FUEL PUMP CANOPY ALSO SHOWS SIGNAGE. ARE YOU ADDING
 MORE SIGNAGE TO THE BUILDING? PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-408 (D) 1 SIGN FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS OCCUPANT
 OF THE BUILDING, PLUS 2 ADDITIONAL SIGNS IS THE MAXIMUM
 NUMBER ALLOWED.

 23. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (C) SUBSTITUTION OF PALM
 TREES. PALM TREES MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN
 35% OF THE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES. HOWEVER, WHEN PALM
