 THE SCALE ON THE SITE PLAN IS INCORRECT.
 A LANDSCAPE PLAN IS REQUIRED TO SATISFY ALL COMMENTS
 BELOW. A SIGNED AND SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST BE
 PRESENTED UPON APPROVAL OF THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE
 PREMIT.
  
 ALL TREES MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 8' WITH 5' OF CLEAR
 TRUNK.
 PLANT MATERIALS MUST BE #1 GRADE OR BETTER.
 SHRUBS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 2 GALLONS.
 HEDGES MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 24" IN HEIGHT.
 PALM TREES MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 35% OF
 THE REQUIRED SHADE TREES. HOWEVER, WHEN PALMS ARE
 SUBSTITUTED, TWO (2) SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH
 REQUIRED SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. ROYAL PALMS, SRECAS,
 PAUROTIS AND SENEGAL DATE PALMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
 AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM IS REQUIRED.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS PERTAIN TO THE SURFACE PARKING
 LOT AT WEBSTER AND BUNKER:
  
 THE SURVEY INDICATES THAT THERE ARE MONITORING WELLS IN
 THE PROPOSED PARKING AREA. PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN
 EXPLANATION REGARDING THE ACTIVITY FOR THE WELLS AND
 THE IMPACT UPON THE PROPOSED PARKING.
 ALL PARKING ROWS MUST TERMINATE WITH A LANDSCAPED
 TERMINAL ISLAND.
 ALL INTERIOR AND TERMINAL ISLANDS MUST BE AT LEAST 5'
 IN WIDTH WITH A RADIUS OF 2.5'.
 THE INTERIOR AND TERMINAL ISLANDS MUST BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH AT LEAST ONE (1) SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE.
 PLEASE LIST THE PLANTINGS IN THE EXISTING LDIVIDER
 MEDIAN (LANDSCAPE STRIP). SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES MUST
 BE PLANTED AT 30' INTERVALS.
 SHADE TREES MUST BE PLANTED AT 30' INTERVALS WITHIN THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG BUNKER ROAD.
 A 5' WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED ALONG THE REAR
 OF THE PARKING LOT SINCE THE PROPERTY IS ADJACENT TO A
 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT. THE BUFFER MUST BE PLANTED
 WITH SHADE TREES AT 30' INTERVALS.
 SHRUBS, GRASS OR GROUND COVER MUST BE PLANTED OVER THE
 ENTIRE LENGTH OF ALL BUFFER STRIPS AND PARKING ISLANDS.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS PERTAIN TO THE PARCEL CONTAINING
 THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE:
  
 A PROTECTIVE SCREEN WALL AT LEAST 5' IN HEIGHT AND A 5'
 (MIN.) LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED ALONG THE ENTIRE
 LENGTH OF THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE RESIDENTIAL
 ZONING DISTRICT AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THE BUFFER
 MUST BE PLANTED WITH SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES AT 30'
 INTERVALS.
 ONE (1) SHADE TREE MUST BE PLANTED FOR EVERY 900 S.F.
 OF PLAZA - THE MEDITATION GARDEN - AT THE FRONT OF THE
 PROPERTY.
 THE FLOOR OF THE PLAZA SHALL BE MADE OF CONCRETE,
 PAVERS OR OTHER DURABLE MATERIAL.
 AT LEAST ONE (1) FLOWERING TREE IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY
 6400 S.F. OF OPEN SPACE IN THE GARDEN.
 AT LEAST ONE SHURB MUST BE PLANTED FOR EVERY 500S.F. OF
 OPEN SPACE IN THE GARDEN. SHRUBS MAY BE PLANTED AT 3'
 INTERVALS OR CLUSTERED FOR EFFECTIVENESS.
 ONE TREE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR FIVE (5) SHRUBS.
 HOWEVER, SHRUBS MAY NOT BE SUBSTITUTED FOR REQUIRED
 TREES.
 LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED ADJACENT TO THE HANDICAP
 PARKING SPACES.
 PLANTING AREAS ADJACENT TO THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES
 MUST BE PROTECTED WITH NON-MOUNTABLE CONCRETE CURBING.
 THE WALLS OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE MUST BE PLANTED
 WITH SHRUBS OR HEDGES AT 2' INTERVALS.
 ** PLEASE FIND AN ALTERNATE LOCATION FOR THE DUMPSTER
 DUE TO COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORING PROPERTY OWNERS
 PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE CURB RAMP OR CURB
 CUT FOR THE HANDICSP PARKING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A STRIPED QUEUING AREA RATHER THAN AN
 ISLAND BETWEEN THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES.
  
 ONE BICYCLE PARKING SPACE MUST BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY 20
 REQUIRES PARKING SPACES. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION
